Preston Collins was an amazing and very honest with what needed to be done. He was professional, made our experience wonderful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He resolved our issue very quickly and made our day!

We have used My Buddy the Plumber multiple times and have had a great experience each time. Today their tech, Holland, came by to do a furnace tune up and was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and all around amazing.

Kyle Malmstrom was quick, efficient, and polite. He also recommended alot of helpful things for future maintenance.

A full-blown, coordinated sales job to force the purchase of a new system to replace our ten year-old furnace.
Lost heat Tuesday before Sunday Christmas. Technician said he could fix it but needed to order a circuit board, which would take 3-5 business days to get and would cost $846 (parts and labor). This meant no heat until AFTER Christmas and the temperature during that time would get down to 17 degrees. I asked if nobody in town had the part. No. “Can we have it sent overnight, so we could have heat before Christmas”? “No, they have to MAKE it”. “So, what’s the alternative”, I asked. He said they could install a new furnace as early as the next day. We scheduled his sales guy who pitched us a new furnace for $7,800 (in the efficiency range of our existing furnace) up to $18,000. Lots of talk about prices going up 25 to 40% in January. What a shameful way to treat someone at Christmas!
I called another shop who found the circuit board in stock at a well-known supplier, installed it same day and also replaced our solenoid gas valve (an additional, $308 part) for a total of $620.
My Buddy The Plumber is not much of a buddy, at all!

Sorry for the late review. Got a repair quote, new unit/install quote and the install all the same day when my old unit went out. Awesome job and they even added another outlet in the bedroom.

Also, great service from Tony and Will installing my new heater last fall and great work from Mark today on maintenance!

My Buddy was great! Shawn and Taylor was very nice and so helpful and knowledgeable about what my heater needed and the Best options as what i could do .. to either repair it or replace my unit! Very happy with using My Buddy!! Very happy with them both!😊 Also decided on getting a new heating system and AC unit With My Buddy .. Ryan and his worker was on time and I was happy with the install!! Can't check out the AC unit yet Spring time..but do far the heating system seems fantastic! Very happy!

I am so thankful that Preston was able to come out in a timely manner this evening! Are home was having heat issues and wouldn’t turn on, it’s 30 outside and incredibly cold so our house was losing heat quickly! Preston got here and found the issue right away and not only did he fix the issue QUICK, he went above and beyond to find out that there was more issues with our furnace that was causing the system to turn on and off and not keep its desired temperature, because he decided to go above and beyond he completely helped us out more than he knows! He was super communicative every step of the way and was fantastic at explaining what he was doing the whole time! So grateful for this company, I hope we get Preston again in the future!

This was my second time working with My Buddy the Plummer and the second time I’ve been blown away with their service! Both times I’ve had the pleasure of working with Korey. Both times he was able to get to me very quickly and resolved my issue even quicker. Highly recommend Cory and My Buddy the Plummer!
