Dominic came out on Sunday to fix a clogged kitchen sink. He was awesome. He fixed the problem and gave me a few tips. The lady that set up the appointment was terrific also. Thanks to both of you.

Very professional and was able to get an appointment scheduled same day! Preston C was so kind and easy going. Found the issue with our furnace quickly and was honest and helpful with maintenance tips to keep our furnace living longer. He cleaned up after himself and even joined our toddler for a mini dance party after the job was done haha. Very happy with the service today!

Holland showed up on time and waited for me to get home because I ran a couple minutes late. He was respectful and friendly throughout the visit. He also cleaned my AC to increase air flow. His explanation of what was going wrong with the system was easy to understand too. No pressure for upgrades, but he left me with info for a new product that could be helpful for us.

I called for a second opinion. The other company had told me I needed a new compressor to that tune of $4,000 (for a 6-yo Lennox!). My Buddy’s repairman realized right away that the other guy had not gotten the fuse turned back on properly (it’s an old house and the fuses push rather than flip, so they’re difficult). He did say we were low on refrigerant and came up with a bid that was tons lower than replacing the compressor. I also liked that their service call was only $69 even though he spend an hour and a half in our home. Plus, the service call fee will be waived with repair. I’m definitely signing up for their maintenance plan and will recommend them to others.

I always enjoy working with My Buddy, I’m able to get an appointment quickly and they’re on top of communicating any potential changes in scheduling. Holland was exceptionally professional, he was able to get everything sorted quickly and efficiently, he was also able to give us valuable information about an NO2 leak concern we had.

After receiving several quotes from other places we decided to get one from My Buddy the Plumber, they went through our system like none of the other guys had. They had excellent recommendations about moving our vent to prevent hair build up and expanding the size of both our intakes. Our house is breathing way better than it ever has now. They recommended a quieter furnace and we’re loving it. Korey and Kasey were informative and went above and beyond with the installation and fixing things that our roofers missed, and clearing dog hair out of the intakes. They were pleasant to be around and had no troubles working around the professional cleaners that were working at the same time. Would recommend this company to friends and family. Required a boiler replacement as mine was failing out. boiler techs seem to be a dying breed but MBtP has one with another in training. Jackson and his associate get 5 stars, excellent service at a respectable pace. The company gets 3 stars due to the incessant text messages about leaving a review.

Furnace went out right before a planned vacation. My Buddy the Plumber came out the same day, gave me a competitive quote, and ensured us the furnace could be installed while we were out of town. They showed up the next day, communicated with us all day, and we came home to a warm house. Would absolutely recommend.

We've used My Buddy for a number of things but this last visit by Holland was just excellent. He called to let me know he was 20 minutes out and then was so careful and respectful in making sure everything was working. I was super impressed and would request to have him come again, no question.

Kyle came out to look at our exterior faucet that wasn’t working. As soon as he turned on the faucet it worked!

Kyle went the extra mile by checking inside underneath the window where the faucet is located, and educated us how the valve for our exterior faucet works.

This is my first experience with My Buddy the Plumber and will keep them in mind for the future.
