My Buddy the Plumber, Electric, Heating & Air

I bought a new water heater a few months back. Because of that, My Buddy gave me a free furnace tune up today. Holland was the tech. He did a great job and did not pressure me to buy a bunch of stuff. Thanks, guys!

Derek from Mybuddy plumbing replaced the kitchen faucet at our house and he did an excellent job. He was very professional, completed the job smoothly, on time, and cleaned the space, including removing the packing material etc. after completing the job. Derek was very friendly and plesant to work with. We are very happy with his work and will go back to Mybuddyplumbing for any of our plumbing needs in the future as well. Heath was great! He was prompt, professional, honest and kind. We wanted a second opinion and a quote on a leak we had. Heath did a great job with giving us a second opinion and price quote. Preston was awesome to work with. He was friendly, conscientious, and went above and beyond to give extra tips on how to better maintain my system. When it came time for repairs he gave several option from the very basic to an optional system upgrade. Thanks My Buddy.

We wanted our furnace checked due to some strange noises. We called My Buddy the Plumber in the AM and they were able to send a tech over by 1 PM. Holland, was our heating tech and he did a great job in diagnosing the issue. He gave us a through explanation and told us our options. He also checked for CO2 and gave us an overall sense of security regarding how much life is left in our furnace. I would highly recommend this company and Holland. he was very professional, wore shoe covers and was very friendly to our dog!

Our furnace stopped working on the day of the recent snowstorm. I was lucky that My Buddy had an opening same day, so many other places were booked! Turns out the repair guy they sent couldn't even get the service van out of his home due to the snow, but he still showed up in his own car because we needed the help. Taylor was absolutely fantastic, he was super knowledgeable and educated us on how our furnace works and why it might be having problems. He kept fixing minor things that might be the problem, and they kept not being THE problem. He ended up opening the whole system and it got a much needed deep clean so it would work again - and worked really hard on not making us feel stupid even though it was clearly our own fault it had gotten that bad.

We also had random questions about heating and cooling systems, as we obviously had no idea what we are doing. He answered all our questions and had good advice and recommendations on everything we thought to ask.

Add to all this the fact that the fee was the lowest of everyone I called yesterday, and it goes towards the cost of parts if needed? Done. I'd recommend this place to anyone, and I hope they can send Taylor any time I call!

We had our whole house re-piped from poly-b to PEX by Trevor and Jordan. They were awesome! They were very communicative, punctual, kept noise and drywall cutting to a minimum, and happily worked around my nosy animals. I was especially impressed at the quality of work performed and that the prices were WAY less than what Beehive/similar were quoting. Lastly, they quoted a shorter time frame than all other quotes I received and even with the shorter turnaround time, they worked endlessly to get finished even earlier. Impressed and happy to use them for all future plumbing needs.

I like having a list of professionals when I need their expertise, My Buddy the Plumber and specifically Ryan is getting added to thar list. Ryan was awesome! We had a plugged kitchen sink that I personally tried to snake myself without any luck. Ryan got
it draining with ease and he only charged me a service call fee. I will definitely be calling them back in the future.

Had a leak in a drain pipe behind a wall. My Buddy was responsive to my needs. Heath and Moe were very professional and treated my home with care. Both Heath and Moe went above and beyond to fix my leak. I have used My Buddy the Plumber for the last 8 years and they never dissappoint. I highly recommend them for all of your needs.

Great experience with My Buddy. Holland was amazing! He was on time, identified the problem immediately, we ended up needing to replace a part and he rushed over to the supply store before they closed to pick it up and came back and installed it and the whole thing was done in an hour. Since it was a Saturday I didn’t know if we could even get anyone out to fix it but My Buddy was super responsive, they sent Holland out and he went above and beyond making sure the rest of the vents in the house were open to avoid any future issues.
