Excellent service! My daughter flushed a large necklace down the toilet and the repair tech explained the process and prices depending upon how bad the situation was. He was able to save us money. I really appreciate his honesty. He was also very kind,sympathetic and most of all he was 100 percent professional.

I have used All Hours multiple times since purchasing my house in July. They have replaced my main sewer line, and also installed a new a/c, furnace and water heater. Today when my water heater had an issue, I again got great service, this time from their tech, Anthony Biven. He was super professional and diagnosed the issue and got it resolved and fixed quickly. All Hours continues to be great!

Layne was on time and finished the job quickly. He replaced our shower drain and fixed the faucets on two baths. The pricing was very reasonable. We'll definitely use them again!

Jose was great. He was very careful not to cross contaminate my home while trying to do his job. He took the time to change gloves and foot covering while doing the job. He also put things through the window to not track this through the rest of my home. He took the time to try and remove sewer water out of the job to not release more contaminate in other rooms of my house. I appreciate what a good job he did with what he had to work with.

Technician was Jace, came out to do the yearly maintenance on my furnace. I was having an issue with my house getting warm and the furnace was giving error code. He had the issue fixed in about a minute. The flame sensor just needed cleaning 🤦🏻‍♂️. We talked about the upgrades i can do to get better air quality through out the house. Very informative videos were shown to me with additional info after I watched them. Thank YOU!

Jordin called ahead of time to make sure he was coming when convenient to us, and showed up when expected. He walked us through any issue he found and explained everything in a way we could understand. He was very professional and friendly, and I would definitely recommend his and All Hours’ services. We’ve relied on All Hours for all our plumbing/HVAC needs for almost six years now and are always appreciative of their quick and quality service and willingness to share their expertise.

Zero stars for water heater repair. Daniel came out and recommended a new thermocouple and said it would be $450 for parts and labor (the part was only like $40). Then he pulled out the burner assembly and said the pilot assembly needed to be replaced and that I would need a whole new burner assembly and would cost $850 for parts and labor. He said the pilot assembly couldn’t be replaced and that the whole burner assembly needed replacement. Turns out that was a lie because the replacement for the thermocouple includes a new pilot assembly. I went with my gut and didn’t have him do any of it. I ended up getting the pilot assembly replaced under warranty by Rheem (which included the thermocouple), and they included a new gas control valve.

Long story short, I ended up having Dave Passey Plumbing come out and install the new parts and it ended up being significantly cheaper and the other guy clearly knew what he was doing and was a true professional that didn’t try to scam me or up-sell anything.

Also, Daniel quoted me about $3,700 for a whole new water tank (which he actually was pushing for as a legitimate option for my five year old water heater). I asked Dave Passey Plumbing how much it would be and they said it would only be about $2k. I would avoid All Hours for any water heater issues and recommend getting a second opinion from reputable companies.

Bret Proveaux Was the best! He was on time and he communicated with us when he’s close by! It was almost 10pm and he took on our last minute call! He knew exactly what he was doing when he saw the problem! Worth every penny! Thank you Brett

When our basement started flooding from a backed up pipe at 11PM one night in Spanish Fork we were pretty worried and we were so glad we called All Hours Plumbing! They came out so quick the next morning and Bryan did a great job at fixing the problem. They are a family owned business and I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

Jordin was amazing- identified the real problem with our furnace in no time, after we had 3 other people from other companies charge us and tell us different (wrong) reasons for the problem. Thank you Jordin and All Hours for getting our heat working again this winter!!
