I had another service company check my failing AC unit on the hottest day of the year. After wasting a service call and over $100, I called Mr. Wilson to solve the problem.

They sent their tech out the same day. He brought the parts he needed because he called ahead to understand the problem before he showed up. He found the issue the other company missed, fixed it, and gave me advice on possible issues I might have going forward without trying to be a pushy salesman. Within an hour of showing up, my issue was fixed, my bill was paid, and the tech was gone. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I need a new AC unit soon. After this experience, Mr. Wilson will definitely be getting my business. I'm genuinely impressed.

This professional business is impressive. Their honesty, courtesy, communication with customers, and transparent fees with explanations is truly a marker for their success. They actually had to fix a botched a/c installation mess from a scrupulous contractor. While overwhelming to us, this business tackled it with organization, skill and speed; always with a compassionate attitude for what we had been through. They came highly recommended by a resident as the company used by many residents in our subdivision. Excellent.

Great company to do business with, very professional, friendly and compassionate about their customers. I purchased a state of the art wifi system that anytime there is an error in the system they call me the next day to schedule a service call to fix the problem.
MR. Wilson came out to install my entire systems himself along with his extensive staff of technicians. They always point out potential concerns and readily find solutions to fix them.

I'm sure you can find a cheaper company to do the work but you DEFINITELY WON'T FIND A BETTER COMPANY!!!

If you want the best in town at a fair and reasonable price ... then call Mr. Wilson. Tim has done all the a/c work at my office and home for 15 years. He is fair, he is timely.... but more importantly... he knows air conditioner's inside and outside (get the pun!) He is meticulous and will go to any length to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the work done. After a recent install, I had to call back at 7:30 on a Saturday morning. Tim answered the phone and within 2 hours was at my house taking care of the problem. He has an excellent staff and crew!

I had the pleasure of having Eric L. From Mr. Wilson come out Sunday morning and fix my AC unit issues. I am a renter and he did everything possible to get the unit working again. I was given a detailed invoice of issues my landlord needs to address. Eric also helped me gain knowledge of how a central air unit works, very informative. He was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and as long as I am living in this area I will have Eric L. And Mr. Wilson heating and air take care off any issue that I have. Thank you very much!

@ 1:41 on 8/10/21 called to set up appt. on date scheduled for service 8/19/21 called @4:23 as no one showed up. Rep stated nothing was scheduled however I referenced who I spoke with which was Sandra Arce. The rep mentioned she can reschedule however I was on time crunch due to selling home hence reason for appt in advance.rep called me later and was able to fit me in only after I mention I can take my business elsewhere annd heard the frustration in my voice. Thanks, however felt as though there are newbies in office and can tell as well as when inquired over the phone from prior call rep mentioned she can send email to complete warranty. However when speaking with the service tech he mentioned that the office should be able to complete rather than me do myself as they are more familiar. He did a fantastic job but comfirmed the newbies and what could have been done that should’ve potentially been offered.
