Mr. Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning

I’ve been using Mr Wilson for over 35 years. Tim and his crew have never disappointed me. Just had a/c checkup, Eric Bernal (service technician) was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

We have 2 units and get the wonderful plan which includes 2 check ups per year plus discounts. Their service men have always been punctual, professional and personable, taking time to explain to me any concerns and maintenance recommendations.

Juan was an excellent technician. He was thorough and explained the problem behind why our central heat and air was not functioning correctly.
He offered alternatives that could help us in the future. He is a well mannered, pleasant young man and is a great asset to Mr. Wilson’s company. It is stressful enough for any homeowner when the HVAC system is not functioning. Juan’s pleasant demeanor helped us through not focusing so much about the cost!

My heating system wasn’t blowing properly. I called this company and they sent a technician out within one hour. Justin was so knowledgeable and transparent. He got my system up and running in now time. I highly recommend this company and will be using their services again! Thanks so much!

This is the first time we’ve used Mr. Wilson’s. Eric replaced our broken UV light system in our air handler. It was a perfect experience.

We got home at night and realized something was wrong with our AC, so in the morning we tried calling multiple companies listed on our Trane Home App. nearby and most were unavailable that day. Fortunately Mr. Wilson was on the list and was able to help us. Their technician Eric got to our house so fast, he was really nice, helpful, informative and very respectful of our property by wearing shoe covering before entering the house. I think it’s very considerate of them and I think they charge cheaper than others. Definitely recommend their annual plans, thank you very much..

Eric has always been conscientious, polite, and hard working. We used him prior to him transitioning to Mr. Wilson and we continue to ask for him. Mr. Wilson installed our new HVAC and we can't say enough about the dream team that installed it. Top notch!

Juan is super nice and was able to help fix something the previous company missed. i love that he told me to use green gobbler to clean the condensation line and pump since i already use it in my drains. he explained things well too. i look forward to seeing him in the Spring!
