A/C was not repaired, we had to have another Service from a different company to fix it. After he finished checking everything, he found the problem. Drain was plug. We would appreciate if we can have a small refund. Thank you.

When everyone else was booked up for 1-2 weeks out they were the only ones who offered same day emergency and next day visit. Very professional and friendly along with keeping me updated with everything going on and no hidden fees. We'll be coming back to this company for sure. By the way our tech Jarid is the definition of what excellent customer service supposed to be.

I have utilized Premier Comfort for multiple HVAC issues for several years and the quality of work is always the same.... outstanding! They have done complete replacement/installs to include government facilities, commercial businesses and residential. In my profession, I am responsible for contracting out HVAC issue/concerns for approximately 20 plus government facilities and they always provide excellent service regardless of the project. I have recommended them to several commercial businesses, my local VFW, and even friends and family for their home HVAC issues. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC issues.

Although these guys are very busy they continued communicating with me about arrival time. Once on site, the tech was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was going to do. I appreciated he was wearing a mask the entire time and put on Booties to protect my floors. great company, would highly recommend!

Premier Comfort Service really saved me on 4th of July weekend and on a Sunday! They really came through when I came home to a HOT house. I was really impressed by their response time and ability to get to my home in less then 1 hour. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Premier Comfort bypassed all my standards. When I initially called I was very upset because my AC had went out and it was 80 degrees in my home. Customer service stated that they would consider me a priority and got me squeezed into their schedule for me. When Jair arrived to my home he was well dressed and so friendly. Jair made sure I understood his terminology and went above and beyond to ensure I knew what to do if this issue came up again. All in all, he got my ac working within the hour and I haven't had any issues since then. I recommend all of my family and friends to this company.

My ac went out and this was the first company to pop up on Google. Jair came out to my home and was extremely friendly and professional. He gave me a thorough explanation of what is wrong with my unit and made sure I understood. He was quick and made sure his mess was picked up before he left. This company is honest and straight forward when it comes to repairs.
