JR Perez arrived at our home shortly after we requested a quote. The job was done within 24 hours. JR lent us two window units to use while we waited for the work to be done. The technicians who worked on our home were very polite and knowledgeable.

JR and Gehrig Grosso were so wonderful. Gehrig came out and looked at my ac as a second opinion. He went out of his way to make sure that nothing else could be done, when the first person just looked at it for a few minutes. JR came out to show us opinions for replacement. He was straight forward about the types for units for our house and answered all the questions we had. He never seemed upset that we were taking our time and asking a lot of questions. Thank you.

Working with Zach and Jacob today, they gave great support and service; were easy to talk to, and made the whole process less stressful. ASC is easy to work with and makes the whole process simple and informative. I didn't feel like I was being put down because I didn't know much about the AC industry. Zach and Jacob gave me good advice and useful information about how to keep my unit in good form. I anticipate working with the ASC again in the future and tell other individuals looking for great AC and heating services about my experience.

The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and personable. They were able to get someone out to me within 2 hours of me calling. Zachery was very professional, walked me through everything, got my AC fixed quickly and answered all of my questions. Thank you all so much!

I wanted a second opinion after I felt I was being nickel and dimed from a different company. I let ASC knowmy HVAC unit was not working and needed it repaired like yesterday and they called within 10 mins and setup a same day appointment. It was a free estimate, while the first company I normally use charged me $59. ASC Heating and Air estimated $800 cheaper and were patient to answer any question I had. They came out the next day on time and got all the repairs done and explained that somethings I have were not needed and were upsales from the prior company, while the previous company also missed things that should have been caught on services I previously had. It paid off to make the change to ASC. They are honest, hard working, fair price and really care about their clients. My home is cooler than it has been in a long time. If you think your being taken advantage of, call ASC, its a free estimate you got nothing to lose and so much to gain.

JR PEREZ came out today and walked through the issues with the problem with my Central Heat And Air Unit. He is so professional and honest you can't find to many people like this in these now and days. He explained to me step by step everything that was wrong and gave me a free estimate to fix it. This company is great with offering financing if you can't afford to fix your unit at the time. Keep up the good work JR and God will always continue to bless you. Thank you

Our AC wasn’t working and we got the same day service with excellent quality. The technician was knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation of what broke and the different options I have. Followed up via txt with pictures and details about the findings. I would definitely use them for our annual maintenance and definitely recommend them.

I've been coming here for years. They are so fairly priced and have amazing 🤩 customer service!! Zach helped us out and got our AC unit back in rip top shape! I highly recommend them.
