We are loyal customers. Anytime we have had A/C issues, Climate Magic has been very responsive. Martin took good care of our system even though we were overdue for a new unit. When we were finally ready to upgrade, they were able to schedule us in quickly. Peter and Ernie did a fantastic job on our new install! They are very knowledgeable and thorough. High quality company.

We have used Climate Magic for a few years and have always been extremely pleased with their courtesy, punctuality and professionalism. Yet they are very personable and have even sent the owners out to our home to make sure we were satisfied. Today, Angel and Ernie came to install a new a/c unit upstairs. I have been using Climate Magic for years for annual preventive maintenance checks and for the occasional repair. They have always been honest, professional, and responsive. When the 17-year old AC unit for the second story of my house went out on the Thursday evening right before Memorial Day weekend, I called and arranged for a technician (David) to come early Friday morning to assess the system. I definitely appreciate the quick response. I was offered to have the service call for Thursday night, but I told them that wasn't necessary, and preferred to go with early Friday morning. After the system was analyzed, I was told what the condition of the unit was and what the options were. Given the age of the unit, I had previously prepared myself for when the time would come to replace one or both (first floor & second floor) systems. I decided to go with a new unit. The challenge I posed to Climate Magic was that I was having a large college graduation party at my house on Saturday night, and there would be a bunch of guests staying overnight on Saturday. Therefore, I asked for the system to be replaced by Saturday night. At this point, Martin from Climate Magic jumped into action and arranged for an installation team to show up first thing Saturday morning. He also arranged to get the system components from their distributor to ensure everything was in place and ready to go. To make a long story short, by noon on Saturday, the entire system had been replaced and I had AC for my second story. I am very grateful for Climate Magic's excellent response and professionalism, and I look forward to continuing to use them for all my heating and AC needs.

Climate Magic has been our go to company since they first installed our system. They are top notch professionals and perform the work promised without high-pressured, after-the-sale tactics. We love the techs they send out. They come out 2 times a year to maintain our entire system and help keep it clean and running efficiently. In the past 21 years we have referred numerous friends and family members to have a better experience staying cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Climate magic came and gave me a free quote on replacing the 30+ year old ducts in my home. Their quote was reasonable and I could tell from Martin’s explanations of my current ducts that everything he suggested was necessary. After telling the company I would like to move forward, they were very helpful in scheduling a quick installation date and everything went smoothly on the day of. All-in-all, it took about 1/2 the day, which I thought was quite speedy! They’ve done a fantastic job and I can’t even put into words how much cooler our upstairs is. They’ve made it not just bearable but incredibly comfortable to sleep in the upstairs master bedroom. Just in time for summer too! I will recommend Climate Magic to ALL my friends!

I have been a customer of Climate Magic since having them install Central A/C in my home more than 20 years ago. Due to the small size of my home, and the lack of typical 'attic', I was impressed with the expertise and diligence which quickly had problems solved ... and had my Central A/C & Heating unit installed. Over the years, I have remained impressed with their professional and knowledgeable people who work for them. Always neat, thorough, and friendly during the twice a year check-ups. I can count on one hand the number of times I've needed to call with any problems, (which were handled very quickly.) Recently had an updated unit installed and I would not have considered having anyone but Climate Magic do it. They have been honest, reliable, and dependable for so long I know I can count on them... sort of like family.

When our HVAC failed in the heat of last summer Climate Magic was the only company that could respond quickly and provide the needed equipment. Their prices were competitive and they fully explained all options. They provide regular maintenance packages that are reasonable. I had excellent experiences with all of their staff and technicians. I highly recommend them.
