Martin was right on time. He came out on Sunday afternoon following a repair done the previous day. He was able to fix our system after looking at it for a couple of hours and didn’t even charge us for the trip! I really appreciate the fact that they didn’t try to up sell us on unnecessary parts or additional labor. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again for maintenance.

Pete Ramos went above and beyond in the quality of the service he provided. He was professional and courteous in every way, and so helpful in assisting me in acquiring a new unit and in answering all my questions! For the installation, Ernie, Angel, and Frankie were amazing as they worked quickly and efficiently to get the new unit in. All these young men should be commended for the outstanding work they performed for an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you!

After a night when the AC ran but failed to cool the house at all, I contacted their office and requested a service call ASAP (of course) before I had to go to work. Geirn made it out 30min earlier than scheduled and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and explain it to me. He had the necessary part on his truck and had it installed and working right away.

I’ve used Climate Magic for many years and always receive excellent service. Lonnie, Martin and Carl have all been out to my house. Through the years they have replaced my A/C and my furnace. When it’s time to replace again I will give them a call.

I had a service technician named Martin who has 24 years of experience. I spent 4 days without A/C, and had 3 other companies come out and do this or do that and it would work for a couple hours and then go out again. None would come back and take responsibility for their work. Martin took the time to go over every single aspect of my system, checked every wire, every component. I have had endless horror stories from other companies experiences and hacks Ive encountered- but Ive found our A/C home. Martin found that poor work with wrong parts were tripping the system and had us fixed and running better than ever. He was kind, professional, and thorough. Thank you Climate Magic Air!
