Champion AC - Climate Magic

I have been receiving service from Climate Magic for several years. I met Martin for the first time on Monday, he was very professional and did a great job. I know that I will receive consistent service every time.

Got a new AC system with Climate Magic a couple years ago and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Now they’re doing the regular maintenance to keep our system in top shape. Very happy with their service!

Martin Breit has always been so helpful, trying to baby our old system along; we discussed several options and this week they installed a brand new HVAC system to finally replace the 20-year old one we had. Had Climate Magic install a new A/C unit in our house and it works great. Angel and his partner were on time and efficient during the install. I have used Climate Magic for over 25 years and will continue to do so. I do miss Lonnie hope he is doing well in his retirement.

We have been customers of Climate Magic for years. Their response at all hours and days of the week is something we have come to rely on. Our longtime service person Lonnie is truly the best - knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and very nice!

Climate Magic answered the call after hours and called back to schedule my appointment for the next day. There were prompt for the scheduled time and diligent in their work. David diagnosed our issues fixed what he could and scheduled us for the remainder of the problems. He has been gone a hour and we can tell the difference in our temperature. Thanks for your help.

Punctual, informative and excellent work and clean up. They replaced 3 units for us with 2 of them being difficult attics to work in and did a great job - no issues - just great installations. Kept us informed at all times and helped us get our CPS rebates and a multi system discount.

Much could be said about my experience, but I will keep it short and sweet. The folks at Climate Magic were the utmost professional; they were able to correctly diagnosis what I needed; provided "non pressured" options, including zero financing; responded to all emails instantaneously; showed great competence in knowing what do to; scheduled promptly; and completed their work in an unbelievably quick manner. 'Nuff said!

Martin was incredibly kind and gave us various options for repair/replacing our system. When we decided to replace, he gave us his honest opinion about the most cost-effective unit that would suit our needs. They replaced system the next day and I’m super grateful because it’s July in Texas haha
