Champion AC - Climate Magic

Climate Magic saved me! After frustrations with another company that visited 3 times without resolution and no working AC, a friend recommended Climate Magic. They came out same day and got 1 unit working. The other was in need of replacement and they talked me through options and cost trade-offs, so I felt super informed to make my decisions. They provided a mobile AC unit until they came for the replacement. Install went smoothly too!

When comes to a big purchase such as AC system, anyone would be skeptical about calling a company with the uncertainty about cost of the equipment, quality of the service and professionalism of the technician. I am the one of them. 4/10/2020 I noticed my AC was not producing enough cold air. I called Climate Magic (CM). On the phone Michelle was very helpful and she send technician Peter to my house just within two hours on a such short note! Peter was very friendly yet very professional. He gave my all the options for my AC and answered all my questions about the pros and cons of each options. On 4/13/2020 Peter and Ernie installed new AC in my house and it works great!! What they did was just like Peter told me that they install AC into my house is as it was in his own house! Later I had couple some questions, Peter called my right away and gave the answers. Michelle called me later and told me she is going to take care of all the paper works including rebates. I had great experience with Peter, Ernie, Michelle and CM. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My first experience with Climate Magic was 20 years ago. Throughout the years, they have provided excellent service with utmost integrity. I recently had a new system installed and I look forward to 20 more years with Climate Magic. I recommend them without hesitation!

We have been using Climate Magic for over 20 years, and are still interacting with the same service personnel (which says loads about the management of the company). We have a bi-yearly contract on both hearing and A/C, and have never incurred a problem with the company - with scheduling - with their technicians (ALL of whom are very professional!). Was able to text for an appointment and I was given the option for someone to come out and check my unit on a Sunday evening. I chose to wait until a workday and was given an appointment. I was notified before the technician was coming and he did arrive in time. I was also given peace of mind that he was going to use all precautions due to COVID 19. When the technician arrived he suited up out in the front yard and introduced himself to me using social distance. He immediately went to work and was able to find the problem. He then explained all the details of my problem and he even gave me possible solutions for future reference. He collected my payment electronically and sent an email of receipt.
This is not the first time using climate magic air and because of all my other past experiences I will continue to as much as I can. They are always so professional, prompt and fair. I’m always sure to also recommend them to my family and friends!

Had a brand new system upstairs attic and outside put in 2 days ago. The owner of the company was extremely informative on everything that needed to be done, and no pressure at all. His team of guys that installed the unit were a great bunch of guys. Always on time, very responsive on any questions that were asked, and a great clean up every where. So highly recommended if you need any service done to your unit inside or outside!!!

I have used Climate Magic for many years now and have always had positive experiences. I get a reminder call when it's inspection time, and messages letting me know when my technician is on the way with a picture of who is coming. I want to thank climate magic for their superior service for the last nine years. I hope many more years to come. They installed a brand trane a/c system and duct work nine years ago. They have been maintaining my system since then.
Their personnel are top of the line. They’re professional experts. Courteous, respectful and punctual. That goes from the office personnel to the field techs.
I again had my system serviced. Peter the technician did a great job. He tested and cleaned the a/c, air handler and draining system. He presented himself as a very professional and acknowledgeble climate magic tech.

Excellent Experience. The technician came out for my summer tune-up and was ON TIME :) My system is 17 years old and I know its getting to the end of its life. Carl replaced a resistor and checked the entire system (he even cleaned my coils on the unit outside!!) After the service, instead on pushing me to buy a new system, he explained I should start to plan for a 'scheduled replacement'. He explained that AC systems last on average 20 years... and now I am saving for the next few years for a planned replacement in the winter. With Carls knowledge I will replace my system in the winter of 2022 and I will have the money to do it :) I will only use Climate Magic and advise the same for you. Spring AC service and fall heating service.... They are awesome, straight shooters.

Climate Magic installed my a/c unit years ago! They have been professional, courteous and prompt to fix any problems I have had over the years. The latest was last week when my a/c stopped working in 100+ degree weather! My technician was there in about an hour, and the unit was fixed within an hour. Thank you for keeping me cool!!!
