Champion AC - Climate Magic

During a difficult time in Texas cold weather, climate magic came out after my call for service. I talked to a real person about my problem, no heat and electrical fire. The company got me an appointment that same day, they came out and took care of my problem. My guy was professional and checked everything and keeping me informed of the process. Nothing is cheap or free but I believe I got a fair deal on my service. Climate Magic is a good reliable company I have dealt with for many years.

We've been a Climate Magic customer for over 10 years. They have been servicing our a/c and heater to keep them running smoothly. They always call to let me know that someone is on the way. Their employees are always very thorough in their work. They are trustworthy and dependable. Couldn't ask for a better company.

I have been a customer of Climate Magic since the 1980’s. That alone speaks to how much I value and trust this company for all my heating and AC service and repairs. This is more than a business, it is family to me. When there service guys come out it’s as if a friend is coming to visit. Climate Magic provided us with a new AC and Heating unit. Hunter came out and showed us several options and explained each one completely. Peter was the on site installation technician and he and his crew where very professional and did a quality installation. After they completed there work they made sure that the site was completely picked up. He explained how to use the new thermostat and was very patient answering all of our questions. Climate Magic recently installed a new air conditioner for us. Pete and his group were punctual, efficient and very friendly. They left the area clean and neat. Everything went perfectly. Climate Magic has done semi-annual inspections for us for over 20 years and we appreciate their work. Particular inspectors we have enjoyed are Martin and Lonnie and, currently, Steve Olivas. We would recommend Climate Magic to any one.

I recently purchase an American Standard air conditioning unit, and the whole experience was great, since my first phone call until the installation everyone were very nice, and had a fast service. Ernesto Avila and his partner arrived on time, and they did an excellent job! I really recommend Climate Magic.

I purchase a complete American Standard system from Climate Magic. The service that they performed was on time and exactly what was promised on the bid. They actually fixed some things that was not on the bid. Very professional and knowledgeable crew. This has been the best experience I have had from an A/C Company. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Peter was courteous and professional and took his time to find the issue with my mini split. He narrowed it down and now we have a strong idea of what needs to be replaced and that the initial tech actually wired the system wrong. Peter used his personal time to find a wiring diagram and is willing to come back to finish the job at cost. The company initially tells you it’s an $89 diagnostic charge but they don’t tell you it’s only the first 30 minutes and each additional half hour is $15. Peter was upfront about that. I gave 5 stars solely because of him. I will only work with him. Efficient and honest guy and all around good human being.

Climate Magic personnel installed a complex American Standard System to replace our 20+ year old system on 10/12/2020. Dan Eckert provided all the options and information so that we could make a cost effective choice. Angel and Ernie installed the system in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the installation and excellent service that we receive from all Climate Magic personnel including Michelle, Barbara, Carl, and Martin. Thanks again. I'm very pleased with the service that Climate Magic provided me in getting my AC unit back up and running. I was skeptical at first, since I hadn't done business with them before, but that soon was alleviated after Michelle, the Service Dispatcher, called me back and booked me for a same-day appointment. Jason, the Service Technician, arrived promptly with equipment and good work ethic in hand. He immediately went to work, ran several tests and enlightened me on some of the finer points and opportunities with my HVAC system. I admire the work and customer service he provided along with his clear observation of COVID-19-friendly, cleanliness practices. These guys are great and I'm happy to be doing business with them.
