Great experience - They were on time and professional. They quoted us a reasonable price. In the end, it came out even cheaper! Before we had the work done, I requested to speak to the owner and he called within 5 minutes. He even came to check the work upon completion to ensure we were completely satisfied.

Annual AC inspection per service agreement went smooth. Carl was on time and performed the check, and changed the filter as requested. My service technician was courteous and professional.

They tried telling us we needed a major part on a Train ac unit that cost over 10k and that was only 2 years old. We got two different opinions and it was only that it was lowered too low and needed more Freon. So they wanted to charge us $1200 for labor since it was under warranty!!!! It cost us less than $200 with an honest company that fixed the problem. Beware of the dishonesty and trying to scam you of money on something you don’t need. They should be ashamed especially during this Covid situation and everyone trying to stay afloat due to closures back in March.

I have been a customer of Climatemagic for DECADES now. They have always been polite, friendly and hard workers. My HVAC needs have always been taken care of in a timely fashion. I couldn’t be happier with their service.
