I was introduced to Air Speed almost ten years ago by a dear friend of many years who was a HVAC technician. His recommendations I trusted without any reservations. Air Speed installed a new HVAC system in my home and I was totally satisfied with the installation and the price. My friend is no longer with us, but I am still with Air Speed. I have my system maintenance serviced twice yearly. In my almost ten years I've only had one experience of my system needing a repair. The problem occurred late on a Friday. I thought initially to wait and call on Monday. But I decided to call I think after hours anticipating being scheduled for a Monday service call. Quite to my surprise and astonishment, Air Speed responded immediately with a Friday night service call and with no extra after hours cost The problem was quickly resolved. So yes, I am satisfied, committed Air Speed patron.

We have used Air Speed for a few years to maintain our residential HVAC units. Two days ago the blower fan began making a loud noise. We called Air Speed and Luis was able to determine over the phone that the motor was failing. The next day they were able to secure an OEM replacement part and installed it by mid afternoon saving us from another night with no air conditioning. We are very grateful for their commitment to their customers.

After evaluating my AC needs, they patiently developed and presented several systems for me to select the most convenient. During this process, I was impressed by their courtesy, professionalism and attention to details. Their knowledge and expertise was demonstrated during the installation of our new AC system. They made it in a timely manner, with little disturbance on our home routine. After finishing, they picked up all rubbish and cleaned their working space. We enjoyed watching them working as a well coordinated team.

Air Speed really came through for me during the hottest time of the year. My outside unit stopped working and my regular A/C guy couldn't make it. It was a holiday weekend and Luis with Air Speed came out at 7pm after his work shift. He determined my fan motor needed to be replaced. By the following day he had ordered a new part and was at my house by 9am to install it. By 9:30am I had A/C in my house and he truly saved my family from this Texas heat. Luis was kind, honest and professional and I would clearly recommend Air Speed for HVAC repairs. Luis even told me he may not be able to get a new part because the demand is really high, but either way he would get something used to hold me over until a new one came in. Can’t say enough about the fast and professional service we received from airspeed. We had our AC give out on us and we decided to replace the entire system inside and out. Their techs, especially Luis, were extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all the questions my wife and I had. As soon as we gave them the go ahead to do it, they had it all done within 1 day. They even followed up a few days later just to make sure everything was working properly. This company clearly cares about its customers and take great pride in what they do. I will continue to use them for any AC issues I have going forward and would definitely recommend them to any individual who is need a of a great AC technician.

The worst. Poor quality. Hired them to do my AC. All in all absolutely terrible company from their integrity, to their overall skill in doing A/C work. They cut corners & are not good at this line of work. Completely dissatisfied with everything, it was a mistake choosing them to do our central AC.

Been using Airspeed for many many years now. What I like most about their service is how they communicate with me the entire time and wet the right expectations. When it was going to take longer get than expected they let me know, when it was time to do some preventative maintenance they always gave us the right recommendation. Not only have I used them in business but Airspeed takes care of my family as well as a few friends. Good people stay in business and that is exactly what you will get with Airspeed. Great experience with Air Speed Heating and Cooling. Raul was the service technician that came to fix our problem with our AC in our house last summer, and did it in no time!! They also installed a "Mini split" unit in our business along with an AC unit for another areas at very reasonable price!! Thanks Mr. Rendon for a great service!! Highly recommended!! Will use them again definitely.

Completely and utterly unprofessional. Took 4 months to schedule a single appointment with multiple call backs. The second appointment had to be cancelled due to a death in the family and their tech decided it was appropriate to try to call to reschedule after 9pm, 3 days in a row, when we had left info that we would be out of town. Thanks for calling during our funeral visitation, really helped to set the mood for the evening.

If this was not my landlords preferred HVAC company I would have nothing to do with these jokers.
