CoolMark Heating and Air

My AC stopped working late last night so I had the pleasure of hiring Mark to troubleshoot and repair. I called him at 8am today and he returned my call promptly. He then scheduled a same-day appointment and fixed my issue (broken capacitor) by 2pm. I’m very pleased with his professionalism, transparency and most importantly quick response. I highly recommend Mark for his exceptional service!

Professional and friendly service, fixed the issues we were having (broken AC capacitor) and offered to service both units for a decent price. Online the price range for capacitors was a little cheaper then what we paid but adding a tune up for two units and getting the AC back on promptly was worth it.

We had called several A/C companies after our faulty A/C unit went out, but Cool Mark Heating and Air was the first to reply. We were very lucky that he answered he is a people person my family and I felt he was the one for us. He checked in with us several times to make sure that my family was OK and made the entire process comfortable and easy.

What a sorry excuse for an air conditioning company. The new AC they put in wasn't installed correctly. Wrong filter and even worse, the TXV was contaminated due to them not following proper procedures. Mark doesn't return calls or text. Only had the system for a little over a year, and already looking at having to replace it. Look for another company if you need AC repair or replacement. CoolMark is no bueno!!!!

AC broke in 100 degree weather and the owner came out really fast to replace our system. Was able to finance a complete replacement. Great staff and friendly service.

Mark was responsive and honest. His team came out and did a great job. He helped us with the pricing and got us a fair price on great equipment. It’s never easy to purchase two new AC units for your home, but CoolMark made it as painless as possible.

Needed AC bad…they came out Wednesday to get what was need and gave a very reasonable quote and was back in two days to provide great quality work. Very professional..very happy with the outcome.

Mark came out to service my ACs and signed me up for annual service. He was very kind, thorough, and didn’t try to hit me with all the upsells that will fix it and Elmer’s always hit me with. I will contact him when it’s time to talk about major replacement quotes. Thank you for your help.
