Mark was professional and easy to discuss with what we were wanting. He did not try to nickle and dime us as other places tried when getting an estimate for an AC replacement.

Our AC went out and Cool Mark to the rescue came and fixed our issue! Very thorough guy. And he knew what he was talking about. Not only did he fix the problem, his prices are very reasonable and actually cheaper than everyone I had called. Very responsive as well! He was quick to get back to us and came within an hour.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Cool Mark. My unit was old and needed to be replaced but it was still cooling and they had it installed within a week of my initial call. It was a pleasure doing business with them every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for A/C installation.

Mark was great! I called at 9PM and he was at my house within the hour! He was thorough, communicated everything he was doing, answered all of our questions and got our AC running in no time! He fixed the Unit and was very reasonably priced! He is my go-to guy for AC repair!

I used Mark to install a mini split unit for my media room. He did a great job and his pricing was aggressive. I had 2 other a/c companies bid my project and they didn't come close. My only complaint now is that my media room gets too cold! Great job Mark.
