Champion AC & Plumbing

Our AC went out overnight on a Thursday night, so we woke up Friday morning to 80 degrees in the house with high temp for the day over 100. I called a lot of places and "Monday at the earliest" was the best answer I got. (Several places told me 2-3 weeks!) Then I called Champion and they had someone out to the house in under 3 hours! Benji was prompt, professional, and very polite. He was very communicative with me about the issue and costs. He had our AC working again within an hour. So thankful that they were able to get someone out so quickly and he was able to resolve our issue. They've definitely earned my business!

Francisco showed up at 4pm on a Friday after our AC compressor broke, so we were really happy about that! He tested everything and explained all the parts and systems to me very carefully, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately our 15 year old system may need to be replaced.

Mickey came out and helped us deal with a plumbing issue that had originally left us without water to our whole house for about a day. He was thorough with his assessment of the situation and made sure to check the whole system. After the repairs were finished, he explained what the root cause was so we could prevent it in the future, as well as giving me the opportunity to make sure all of the water sources in the house were fine after he turned the water main back on. Home repairs are never cheap, but I feel like I got a good value for what we paid!

Our AC stopped working and Champion sent out a technician day-of! Noah arrived and was very patient and helpful in diagnosing the issue and testing the functionality to ensure it would stay running after he left. Great service, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the process and prognosis. Will be calling again for AC needs!

Scott was my plumber on a recent issue with my toilet. He explained what the issue was, what was needed for repairs, how long it would take, as well as an estimate of total costs. He even sent me before and after photos (as I was not on premises and coordinating with my tenant). I really appreciate his quick response and action. And so far so good on the repairs. Francisco did a great job for me. He is clearly very knowledgeable and capable A/C technician. He identified my problem and tried a couple of possible fixes before he declared my system was not reparable. He is easy to work with and I recommend him 100%.

Will K. did a great job! We recently bought a natural gas grill and the connector that came on the gas line did not fit the gas line coming from our house. He had the necessary parts on hand which made the service quick and easy. Will was very helpful and professional. He also double checked his work to ensure there were no gas leaks from the new connections. Would definitely recommend!

We recently hired Champion plumbing service for a repair job at our home. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, their customer service was exceptional - they were prompt in responding to my questions and very courteous throughout.

The plumber (Thomas) who arrived on site not only completed all necessary repairs with skill and efficiency but also took extra steps to ensure that everything was done correctly and up to code. Specifically, he provided us with detailed information about what caused the issue, how he planned to fix it and even offered some tips on preventing future problems.

We found their pricing reasonable given the quality of work performed as well as the level of professionalism exhibited by everyone we interacted with from start to finish. Overall we are extremely satisfied customers who highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
