Cameron walked us through our options, provided insightful feedback as we were trying to figure out the different performance vs cost tradeoffs and his answers were clear and informative. His goal was to provide us with the best solution for our needs and wasn’t about trying to maximize a sale.

This was followed up a few days later when Installation experts Daniel and Diego arrived promptly with their team and set up our house with protective covers, showed me where they were planning on installing the exterior units and finally busting their humps executing on the installation. The team consisted of 6 individuals who all worked efficiently and expertly installing our units. The units worked perfectly right from the get go. We couldn’t be happier doing business with ChampionAC!

Wow I didn’t think customer service like this existed anymore. Our faucet in our tub broke (while on) and the valve to our main water line corroded so we couldn’t shut it off. They ended up moving their schedule around to get someone here immediately (something none of the other companies eve considered), then they sent us a text with a photo of the tech that was arriving and a bit about him (shows they care about us feeling safe and also their team by providing a bit about their personal interests) -that is a fantastic touch! The tech was fabulous!! Really really nice guy, he fixed the problem working a timely manner and helped us find coupons for the service. I truly don’t k know how they could have done any better as a company! We are very satisfied and will use them again if we are ever in need!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Noah and team. While having to buy a new system is never ideal, the team at Champion AC took a lot of the concerns out of the process and were super quick to get the issue resolved.

Our house flooded while we were away and had to act quickly when we found out. Will was able to come out within the hour to assess the damage find the problem and fix it. Super thankful for how quick they were able to respond.

Benji was a thorough professional and great guy to work with. He diagnosed the issue to faulty blow motor but that series was discontinued by vendor. He worked with the vendor to get new version and then got the parts. He setup the next call and completed the installation.

Gary was amazing, he took care of us, communicated timely and professionally. He was knowledgeable and really helped us get everything back up and running quickly.

My AC needed repair
Juan Montalvo was very professional and friendly. It was an emergency call and he called to let me know how soon he could be there and also when he was close to arriving.
He explained things clearly to me and was in and out in 30 mins. Would definitely call again if needed.

I've used other companies in the past, like Fox Service (I do not recommend them for anything, they're pretty terrible in my book), and Champion has always delivered! Noah, who's become my go-to technician, is extremely patient, easygoing and knowledgeable. He explained how my system was struggling, and answered all of my questions, even multiple times, informed me on all of my options and talked me through each one. The entire team at Champion is great, I can't recommend them enough!

Our toilet tank cracked and water was everywhere. We needed help and a new toilet ASAP. Champion and Noah came quickly to the rescue. Noah called and came within the time set. He was nice and professional. He gave us options and answered all our questions. He had us all set with a new toilet quickly and also cleared our clogged bathroom sink! Ricky also came to help out.
