Alex was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in diagnosing and repairing the issue with my air conditioning unit. He arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem, providing me with a thorough explanation of the issue and the steps they would take to fix it.

Throughout the repair process, Alex kept me informed of the progress and made sure to answer any questions I had. He was respectful of my home and took care to ensure that they left the space clean and tidy once the repairs were complete.

I had a different company come out and they never returned to compete the repairs. After calling Champion, they were able to come out quickly, they ordered parts and were back out the next week. Our technician Bill, was polite, professional and explained the problem thoroughly. Highly recommend!

I had my annual plumbing check done by technician Noah Trevino. He was great. Very thorough. He answered all my questions clearly and took the time to fix a faucet handle at no extra charge. I am very happy with his service.

I also had my annual AC inspection done by technician Brandon Paul. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I was interested in possibly getting a new thermostat. He gave me several options & explained them well. Definitely a five star experience!

Eddie was awesome! He was able to get our old unit working again. We are scheduled to get a new unit installed on Friday. Will update once the new unit is installed.

UPDATE: Branden and his team installed our new HVAC system. They were so awesome and very helpful in teaching us how to use the new thermostat and keeping our system in top working condition. Champion went out of there way to help us out while waiting for our new system. They kept our old system limping along and provided a portable A/C for us to use. I will definitely call Champion again.

The plumbers were on time, very competent and delightful people. They replaced a very old faucet in one of my beds and re-engineered it so it is easier to access it and put a different handle on it that makes it easier for me. Highly recommend.

Scott came out and was THE BEST. What a nice guy. He drove 40 mins to us and our issue was a water softener instead of the water heater and he was so kind and got us another person dispatched immediately. I will use him for all of my future services.

Benji Hernandez was our technician and he really did a good job. He got here quickly, immediately diagnosed the issue with our A/C, fixed it, and then did a thorough inspection of our system. He was courteous and professional, and I highly recommend him.

We called on a Saturday at 11 and Billy Hernandez was here at 12. Amazing considering our house was already at 83 and I am pregnant with a baby at home!
Billy had a great attitude and explained everything clearly. We were able to fix the issue within an hour! Couldn’t be happier with the company and Billy’s services. Would definitely recommend.

Okay Champion AC is awesome. Our unit went out on Saturday and they got someone out to my property the next morning. Fransisco was so helpful and professional! We definitely will be using AC champion again.

Called Champion with disposal issue. Scheduled appointment for next day. Service running a little behind but office called to notify and verify times. Thomas Amstutz showed exactly when expected. Great, fast work and had replacement in truck!! Problem solved! Great work Champion Plumbing!!
