I’ve had a terrible a/c unit that’s about 11yrs old and Benji, my amazing technician, is now out here for the third time to work on it. He communicates the whole time what he’s doing, what he thinks the problem is, and the costs. The offices are always friendly and I get texts and emails immediately when I set up appointments. I will definitely recommend and use them again…but specifically Benji for my house.

Brandon was great - professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! He thoroughly inspected our unit inside and out and changed the filters and told us about the maintenance program. Wonderful technician! A++++++

Couldn't be happier with Benji at Champion AC who responded to a late night emergency AC issue in the middle of a heat wave! We were back to being cooled in less than 3 hours from when we noticed the problem. So impressed with the pictures documenting the issue/repair & Benji's professionalism & skill. We are grateful & will definitely use them again!

We had a leak under the kitchen sink. Scott was prompt, courteous and very professional. He assessed the problem, gave us options and was able to complete the service the same day. Very happy with the service!

If I could, I would give Champion AC, a six star rating. They are very professional, but what makes them THE BEST is the caring attitude. It starts with the moment you call for an appointment with Tracey and Maria: It continues with Noah the service representative and then with Ed, Raul and Jose, the individuals that installed our new AC. All of these individuals are definitely an “Asset” to Champion AC and Plumbing

Noah is the man. Came out and was able to get my AC back up and running in minutes. Educated me and was great to deal with. Office was great and was able to get them out the same day (called first thing in the morning). Call Champion and ask for Noah, you won’t be disappointed!

Technician Francisco M. arrived in perfect time, did an excellent job taking the time to explain everything, took great effort to ensure his service was not only effective but affordable, AND he got our AC working again before a birthday party on a Saturday! I am a member of their service plan, which is a reasonable price for maintaining my cooling, heating and water heater. I had two technicians come out yesterday and they were so nice, knowledgeable and professional. Brandon did the yearly maintenance on my A/C and made some maintenance recommendations for things I can do to prevent issues. Noah serviced my water heater, inspected my plumbing and fixed two minor plumbing issues. My experience was so positive that I recommended this business to two friends last night.

We had Champion AC out to assess our addition for a mini split and its alternatives. Cameron did an amazing job. He was courteous and friendly, he called ahead, was on time, brought all necessary equipment with him and even brought shoe covers which was much appreciated. He spent time and even consulted with his manager, assessing our home for all possibilities. He gave us feasible options. I would not hesitate to call Champion again in the future.

We recently had an issue with what I thought was our thermostat and had to call these guys. Noah and Francisco were there the next day to get everything sorted out. Turned out it was an issue with a clogged duct and they were able to fix everything real quickly to get our AC working again. It was great how helpful they were at explaining to me what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening in the future. These guys were both very professional and respectful and I would gladly recommend them for any AC work that needs to be done. I’ll defiantly stick with using this company from now on with anything AC related thanks to these guys.
