We had so many questions when considering upgrading and updating our home. Gary with Champion AC managed to answer them all, with a great deal of patience and a world of practical experience. With Garys guidance and recommendations my wife and I are quite comfortable with moving forward with Champion AC.

My technician Frank was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly taking his time answering all my questions and explaining what he was doing. He gave me tips for how to keep up on maintenance throughout the year until they come back to service again. He was also so sweet to my pups and cautious entering so they didn’t escape. I purchased the yearly contract which I would recommend to anyone. It includes plumbing on water heater no service fees and a discount on repairs. I thoroughly recommend this company for all your pluming and A/C needs.

Thomas was very helpful. He did several big jobs for us. I thought his explanations were very clear. I also found him to be very honest. I will be using their service again & will suggest them to my friends.

Turns out tree roots were interfering with my pipes so I called these folks. I reached out to my insurance first and they said they needed an evaluation form filled out. Champion AC came and gave me an estimate and filled out the form, no problem. Office staff was very responsive and workers let me know when they were on their way. I had a few questions and they were respectful and answered honestly. Love this company!

Edited: They reached out swiftly after I posted the review and offered a membership discount. I appreciate their fast response as they strive for 5-star service. It would be more appreciated if they are more transparent and disclose the pricing with the customers prior to the repair going forward (or you remember to ask as the technician might forget). Anyway, their customer service is great. My below comment is just about the pricing.

$540 total charge for just the AC capacitor replacement which you could get for less than $20 on Amz is horrendous. Anyone who sees this review, if your AC is running but not blowing cool air, go check your thermostat or replace the capacitor because that’s one of the most common reasons. The last thing you would want to do is to call the repair service, after you have tried all solutions from Youtube. My mistake was that I didn’t ask them for the final price before proceeding with their service as I didn’t know they could overcharge this much. This applies to all services. Do not let them take advantage of your inexperience. Lesson well learned.

First of all, the tracker is always nice to know when your service person will arrive! Nick was professional and personable. He was able to assess the situation in a timely fashion making sure everything checked out before leaving.

I didnt ultimately go with the service due to my own financial situation but the service and knowledge was top tier.

The tech, Ricky, got to my house before I even got there from work (20m). He was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

I will be using the company as soon as I'm able for hvac and my aging water heater. As the father of two young sets of twins, the budget is lean but the pricing was right on par with other companies.

A dream experience! Eddie M. is a pleasure to work with, full stop! He is polite, very knowledgeable, honest and an asset to Champion AC & Plumbing! We are so glad we went with Champion vs. the competitors. This is our new partner for AC/Heating/Plumbing! Eddie, you are awesome!

Mickey was very personable and professional when he prepared an estimate on replacing a PRV valve that’s causing low water pressure in our house. He is highly knowledgeable and intelligent.

Gary was amazing! We needed him ASAP due to a broken shower handle and unstoppable water. He was at our house in good time and was courteous enough to give a heads up when he was on the way. The receptionist was friendly and empathetic to our situation. Mr. Grooms, thank you very much for your excellent service and thank you Champion!
