Billy was an absolute professional. He assessed the problem with my A/C quickly and informed me of the necessary steps needed to solve the issue. He was incredibly helpful in explaining the process of the repair, and guaranteed a loyal customer
for Champion AC and Plumbing.

Scott was our technician who came out to address an issue with our hot water heater. He communicated at all times, quickly addressed the issue and ensured a great outcome. This was a time sensitive issue as we had guests staying - very appreciative of Scott's help! Highly recommended

Noah is one of the best service techs who has ever visited my home. Professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Goes above and beyond the call of duty while remaining extremely communicative. Any customer would be lucky to get him as a service tech!

The technician, Will, was great and arrived earlier than expected. He replaced 2 outside spigots, installed a protection box for our sewer clean out so that it's accessible at ground level, and cleared a slow draining tub. The price was reasonable and I was thrilled with the same day service.

We needed the plumbing services for 2 different problems that came up in the space of 4 days. All of the contact we had with Champion AC & Plumbing was great - from their emergency line, to their scheduler, and then to Rosendo Mederos who took care of both our problems. We requested Rosendo for the second problem and they were able to send him out on a Monday morning. Thank you everybody for all of your help.

I had the opportunity to use the plumbing side of the business today. Since I purchased the yearly shield membership, they sent over Scott to do a full inspection on our plumbing system. He showed up on time, and provided excellent customer service. He was polite, courteous and patient when answering all of my questions. Additionally, I was impressed with the inspection. It included a flush of our water heater; which I'm glad they did after seeing what came out. He gave me what I feel was an honest assessment of our plumbing, and did not employ scare tactics to try and push for unnecessary plumbing work. Something that I really appreciated, and will keep me calling back for future work.

Furthermore, I'd alike to add that I really appreciate the tracking system that comes with the text alert telling me the tech is on the way. It's nice to be able to see in real time where the tech is instead of wondering when they will arrive.

So far every touchpoint of Champion A/C has been excellent. Very professional outfit.

Great customer service, and very helpful. I spoke with Amy to schedule a last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon for a fairly simple issue with my A/C unit. She was able to coordinate and fit me in to the schedule last minute. The technician Eddie was prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied, and happy I called them.

I have some A/C maintenance work coming up, so I'll be calling them again when I'm ready to move forward.

Eddie went out to my rental property and thoroughly cleaned my AC unit from build up and dirt. He was a great communicator and sent me videos and photos throughout the process. I would highly recommend Champion AC & Plumbing, they're honest, great communicators, and do a fantastic job. I'll be using them again.

Extremely happy with Alex and Will from Champion. Stayed in contact prior to arrival, very knowledgeable and thorough, didn’t try to up sell things I didn’t require. Will continue using for any future HVAC or plumbing needs.

Scott was courteous, professional, and on time. He resolved the issue quickly and efficiently and even gave me a few pointers on maintenance I can do myself. Amy, who took my dispatch call, was great to work with and worked efficiently to get me a technician even sooner than originally expected because of a last minute cancellation by someone else.
