    Trent Emerson sold us the Advantage Plan and he has been wonderful to work with giving 110%, coming out to the house checking up on the installation and calling each day to see if everything was good with us. Angel Morales did the original assessment of our old system, explained everything and got us in touch with Trent. The installation has been a seamless process. So far everything has been just great.

    Ben and john, in no particular order, arrived on time and immediately demonstrated an attitude of courtesy, caring and everything I look for when I decide whether or not to trust a new acquaintance.     DeShawn was so nice. He educated me on our air system. Vacuumed out some water sediment clogging the pipe.

    He asked if we had a room not getting enough air. I told him our master bedroom and living room. He suspects there may be a leak. Our system is 15 years old and still working. He would have investigated but I told him not today. I did become a member and saved $70 for this call. 💕💕

    I’ll call for additional service and would like DeShawn to be our serviceman.

    Mr. DeShawn Eggleston, the technician, was very polite, respectful, professional and efficient in maintenance of the AC unit. He brought to our attention of the aging of the capacitor. No pressure to make changes. He gave us needed info and answered the questions we had. We have used Strand for over 6 years with our AC and water heater. They have always given us excellent work.

    Excellent communication from everyone at the company in regards to my major plumbing repair. Over the years as a Stand customer, I've noticed that their employees enjoy working for the company, and they put real pride into their work. And it shows.

    I have an old house in East Austin, and the work required to replace the 80+ year-old old cast-iron sewer line was immense as well as complex. Justin and Curtis (and team) saved me from a difficult, dire situation, and I don't think any other company could have even gotten the job done. They are 100% professional, hard-working, courteous and friendly with expert-level experience. Thank you!

    My HVAC's temperature was not going down and I called Strand to schedule a tune up. The rep. insisted that they would do a diagnostic in addition to a tune up, charging me for both. I didn't see why a diagnostic was necessary if a tune up could take care of the issue. She insisted that they would only do both. I then called another firm that did a tune up only. It seems the refrigerant was low and the capacitor was replaced. That took care of the matter and the cooling is fine now.
