I’ve been a member of Strand Brothers for years. This morning, Nick (plumber) came out to assess an issue with a toilet. He was professional and personable and gave me a list of options as to what would resolve the issue. I will be asking for Nick once we select which option to take.
Mike and Aaron were meticulous and also extremely knowledgeable. Also, they took time to explain things so that a layman can understand them, too. I'm very impressed and looking into giving my annual maintenence business to this company.
John Gonzales just came to my house at 18213 Bandelier Drive, Pflugerville to install a new breaker and surge protector for my newly installed HVAC system. He was a pleasure to work with. It was blazing hot outside and he was very patient with us to describe our new set up and equipment. Thank you Strand Brothers for another outstanding service experience.
The technician Jerry was very professional. After introducing himself he told me exactly what he came to perform during my Air Conditioner system maintenance, kept me informed during the process, and at the end reviewed what was done, what services were available (in case I wanted to contract), and advised me care I could do by myself to have a healthy and operative air system. Five stars.
Jerry Cortez Ugarte arrived as promised and was very polite and respectful of our home. Jerry explained the service he would perform and patiently informed me of the diagnosis. Strand was very good with email updates on the appointment, the arrival time and name of the technician.
We recently had some issues with one of our HVAC units at our church, and Cristhian was our assigned technician. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose our problem and complete the needed repairs. The price was very competitive and we look forward to using Strand Brothers again if the need arises in the future.
We had some alerts on our google home app that our house had a problem. We had strand brothers come out and it seems our blower motor in our HVAC system went out as well as our UV light, which we had replaced not too long before. Naeim come out and, although they accidentally sent him with a wrong part, they fixed that, the UV light for free, gave us a nice discount and Naeim was very polite and did a good, fast job. All in all, very happy with the service 🙂
DeShawn and his team were very easy to work with. We did not have AC until I called this company. I’m so thankful they were able to get us in their schedule within a week and completed the job on time. Very thankful that companies like this still exist.
We had a water leak and a heater that has some issues, we were quoted $5k for the work. The leak got fixed but the heater was placed on hold. We still got charged $5k and we were told that we would receive a detailed invoice with services and breakdown of everything plus pictures to submit to our insurance. They gave us none of this and we emailed them for a corrected invoice which they have not followed up in submitting to us. My recommendation is to get invoices upfront and then pay them because they have no follow up.
