    Mike W. And Alfredo came to my house today to perform a cleaning and inspection of our HVAC system. They shared great tips and advice on cleaning and maintaining the inside and outside units ourselves in order to prevent future issues. They exemplified professionalism and were great to have in our home. Thank you for all you do!

He checked the system’s performance, changed the filters, cleaned the outside unit, answered all my questions about our system and efficiently handled his job. They quickly and efficiently completed the inspection and tune-up of my AC system and readily answered any questions. Both gentlemen were very cordial and friendly and pleasant to work with.     Tristan did a spring service checkup on the heat/AC, and was great. Just like every other Strand Brothers tech who's been out, he's polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And on time. He also had good suggestions for system upgrades to keep it running as it ages. So far so great with Strand.

    We had a pipe in our kitchen sink that was not draining correctly. We scheduled Steam Brothers to come out and our tech was Joshua. He fixed our issue within 30 mins and was very professional. He explained things along the way and even suggested we buy a drain cleaning snake so, if this should happen again, we can solve the problem on our own. We bought the piece he suggested.     After quite a bit of back and forth, their team eventually got me to the finish line. They replaced one of my units. But mostly, I appreciate Marco and Jose for coming back out after the fact to ensure the job was done properly at no charge after the installation and them standing by their work. This gave me a great impression of the overall experience even though it was stressful deciding what to do.

    *Had a gas leak. Gas company shut EVERYTHING off on Tuesday. Strand came out Wednesday afternoon. Work was done Thursday afternoon. Too late for inspector. OK. They will be out Friday for sure. Well, It is Friday. NOTHING.
    Call the office to find out what the issue is. Aubrey knows nothing and admits as such when asked point blank. Other than, "You are not in the queue and they will get back to me next week." Really? The plumber, Nick, specifically told me the inspector was to be out today. Friday. Not sometime next week. If there was not a chance that inspection would be done today, contingency plans could have been made.
    Missed work to be here today for the inspector that never came. So now here I sit, no hot water, stove or heater until, "sometime next week".
    Poor customer service, lackadaisical at best. Especially when they have already been paid. On that note, was double charged and had to send them proof? One would expect in this day and age they would be able to verify the error without me having to send them a screenshot of the double charge as proof.
    Still waiting for an invoice to be sent. Apparently, that was also a business promise that wasn't able to be kept either.
