Just had our AC fixed on the hottest day of the year. Same day fix! The technician was very nice and showed us the parts that had literally burnt up. I felt the pricing was reasonable compared to other companies and they seemed like very honest people. Their honesty bought my future business with them for sure. Thanks!!!

I want to thank Jason and Hector with the installation crew at Mr. Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning for doing an excellent job installing our new Trane 16 SEER HVAC system with RGF Halo air purifier. Jason was very helpful in recommending the best cost effective system for our home. If you're considering a new air condition I would highly recommend that you call Mr. Wilson!!

After visiting the office about my A/C problems, Roland and his partner Shiloh, came to my house 2 days later and replaced the coil. They were prompt and finished the repair earlier than they expected. They explained to me the defected coil and gave me a crash course description on the new coil. They had the knowledge and patience to explain to me the current and future air conditioning problems I may encounter. I look forward to continuing my business with this company and also telling friends and family to contact them for their needs.

What a great experience. Tim Wilson personally took my Sunday morning call and had a technician out (earlier then stated) and had my AC up and running before noon. The technician was courteous and professional and answered all my questions. I was so impressed I signed up for the annual maintenance program (I never do this). My 24 year old ac finally bit the dust at 4:45 PM on Friday. Freon spraying out of a pin hole leak and breaker tripping. No fun with temps expected to be in the low 90's on Saturday. I met with Jeff on Saturday afternoon and had a deal to install a new unit on Monday. Best part was Jeff's quote turned out to be some $3300 than my first quote for a similar type of system. It pays to compare. Install team of Jeff, Roland, Mike and Shilo showed up on time, were very personable and professional and by 5:00 PM my home was finally cooling down. The entire team was great and answered all of my inane questions which I truly appreciated. Mr. Wilson himself showed up on site and I got a chance to visit with him. Very nice man who cares about his workers and customers and you can tell he will stand behind his product. End of the day, I have a nice cool house after 3 nights with no AC. My porch and yard are clean of all debris and packing materials and I owe it all to Jeff and his team at Mr. Wlson Heating and Air. Thanx again for the great service. Recommending them to all my friends and family for AC and heating issues.

Thank you to the guy that came out to our store on Culebra!! I wasn’t able to catch his name, as he got straight to work!! We had been dealing with no AC for a while & not only was it difficult on staff, but our customers as well. I’m happy to say we are all cool as cucumbers now & appreciate the efficient work!!

Robert who oversaw the project was equally professional and a great help; giving us suggestions to improve the air flow.
