I recently experience a problem with my AC. Eric showed up on time and promptly diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor.
He had a replacement part but it was a top of the line, 5-year warrantied, turbo capacitor. Rather than use the far more expensive part, he called the office and then went to the nearest AC parts center and obtained a far less expensive, but perfectly acceptable unit that solved the issue.
Eric was professional, transparent, fast and efficient. It was a highly satisfactory experience. I would certainly use this company again and will recommend them to others.

This past weekend had a water leak coming from the A/C unit at a friend’s house. Mr. Wilson had installed the unit approx. 1 1/2 years ago. The technician (Daniel) was excellent. Not only did he find the problem within minutes (there has been other attempts with less success) but he also spent extra time explaining how to care for the unit should we experience any excess water in the future. He took his time to cleanup any excess water damage and was extremely professional, personable and polite. repairs and the service from Daniel. I recommend the company and if possible, the technician after this experience with them.

I had multiple companies come over to give me quotes to replace my AC. Mr. Wilson's tech did a very comprehensive inspection of my home and made solid recommendations that compared favorably to recommendations from the other companies. The price wasn't the least expensive but it wasn't the most expensive either.

When it came time for the install Mr. Wilson sent a very capable crew that was very detail-oriented. They completed the install in the timeframe they had estimated and did a great job cleaning everything up.

Mr. Wilson is amazing not only did he call me personally on a weekend he helped me troubleshoot the problem so I didn't have to have a technician come to my home. He now has a customer for life. I had an unexpected water leak from my AC handler. Come to find out, the installer of the unit never cemented the joints so one came lose and water did what water does - it found a way out. Thankfully I got someone here within a few hours. Justin was amazing and came up with a solution to stop this from happening again. The damage was nominal. Could not be more pleased. Thank you!

I have American Home Shield warranty and due to the high volume of calls I was able to call an outside company...Long story short I wish I could have used Mr. Wilson the entire team was easy to work with, from Leah to the gentlemen who started the work on my heater. Eveyone was friendly and in this atmosphere it was more than I could ask for. Thank you for helping me and dealing with me!! Much appreciated and I will be recommending you to my friends and family.

1st I didn't use the service, however I met the owner in downtown San Antonio.
Because of the way his staff treated me on the phone and the way he spoke with me I will use the service if I ever need to.

Offered tbe overal best experience and service I have ever received from a business dealing with A/C service and repair and at an unbelievably reasonable price in comparison to any of the other business I contacted for estimates...yet offered the exact same system brands, guarantees, and warranty. Relatable, professional and personable. Offered many solutions and presented probable outcomes related to the options if taken. Kept it very truthful and open, addressed every one of my concerns. When I asked how he could offer his deal, he said, "I just love what I do. I'm still making a profit. I just don't believe in, nor am I trying to, rip my customers off!" I was sold on this company once the words were spoken, especially since the actions obviously matched and supported the words being spoken.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company before any other, without reservation!!!! Mr. Wilson Heating and A/C is without a doubt the best company providing the services offered.
