Mr Wilson was very professional in reaching out to me when DC-AC Service was no longer in business. My thoughts and prayers for David B. Hiller and his family. Thankfully Mr. Wilson kept our technician Eric Bernal in the transfer and merger of companies. To me that says a lot about a company that takes care of there employees and others.I am looking forward to many more years of service with Mr. Wilson Heating and Air . I highly recommend this company.

Eric arrived on time, said who he was and what he was going to do. He was polite, kind and efficient. Explained everything he was doing. Cleaned up after himself, reviewed our information and everything he did to the air conditioner. Made the call for the appointment on Monday and they have already come and serviced the unit. I rarely write reviews so I can tell you from the start that this Mr. Wilson Heat & Air is pretty exceptional. They were able to help us with a pipe that was clogged during the peak of summer heat, thankfully they got our AC unit working properly. We were very happy with the swift action they took for that particular service call. The technician also made us aware that our air conditioner was 20 years old, we knew a replacement was coming.
Most recently, the furnace in our home wasn’t heating properly so I called on Mr. Wilson’s again since they did such a great job in the summer. Upon inspection, my technician (Daniel) took the time to explain the inner workings of the gas furnace and the technical issues that were occurring. He was very patient, answered all my questions. Shortly after his arrival, the furnace was heating properly. Although it was working, he explain some of the safety issues an old gas furnace could present. Before leaving, Daniel suggested I add some carbon monoxide detectors to my home. (That evening, I purchased and installed them myself.) I was grateful for the tip, it gave me peace of mind. We also had a conversation about replacing the furnace and how it would be convenient to also add a new air conditioning unit at the same time.
The next day, Robert (Design Consultant) stopped by to look over the condition of my furnace and air conditioner. I did mention that I wasn’t always the point of contact for these home issues. My husband usually dealt with these things but he had recently passed. Before showing his presentation on equipment options, Robert asked if I had a trusted family member/person who I could invite to join the conversation. I was grateful for the suggestion and invited my father-in-law for the call. He was able to FaceTime and watch the slides from his phone. I’ll admit, I’ve never had to replace an air conditioner/furnace before and didn’t know what questions to ask. My FIL was able to help me close that gap. Robert made sure I was comfortable and answered all of our questions. He also spoke to my FIL directly on another phone call to make sure there was complete transparency with the process.
Within two days, Robert and my installer Hector were able to work me into their schedules for a new air conditioning unit and gas furnace. Hector, Luis and Javier arrived early in the AM and got straight to work. They were quick and diligent, all while cleaning up after their labor throughout the house. The Trane air conditioner we chose can be adjusted through the Nexia app and Robert was kind enough to send me tutorials online. In my opinion, it’s pretty easy to use. Also, I was able to add the Air Scrubber by Aerus to my equipment bundle and it’s been wonderful. My home no longer has that “vintage” smell inside and my allergy symptoms have been minimal since installation. I’ve also noticed that my dog doesn’t sneeze as much in the house.
Overall it’s been a really wonderful experience working with Mr. Wilson Heat & Air. Everyone was professional, reliable, patient and kind. I highly recommend their services. Give them your business and have no hesitations, you will be very well taken care of!

Daniel Tovar came out today to do a health check on my heat pump. He checked everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and explained what repairs I do and do not need to make right now. I’m quite impressed by Mr Wilson’s company and with Daniel’s service in particular. I’m going to ask for Daniel the next time I need service.
The a/c ductwork in my house was once a leaky homemade mess that barely kept the place heated and cooled. Mr Wilson’s people redesigned and replaced the whole duct system and now it works great. They came prepared, had the right team, worked steadily, finished quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great job overall. However they had to return to redo the ducting to the air handler. Overall excellent job.

I had a problem with my A/C that another company could not diagnose or fix, even after a hefty bill. I called Mr. Wilson and left a message and recd a prompt response. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue quickly. I’m going back to Mr. Wilson in the future and recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

Listen to me...if you want mediocre service, by people who don't care about their product...go somewhere else. I could not be happier with Mr. Wilson, and his company. Do yourself a favor...and give this company your business. He first helped me trouble shoot on the phone, for free. He then sent a tech out to my house at 8pm...willingly. He made magic happen, installed my new unit the next day starting in the morning...in and out, perfect job...flawless customer service. The best customer service I have had since moving to TX. Thank you Tim...you guys are the best.

Our service person Daniel, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our issues. Everything was explained in a manor that was easy to understand. They are punctual and professional, I definitely recommend calling Mr. Wilson’s heating and air conditioning for any issues you may have.
