We called Mr Wilson late on a Friday evening after our air conditioner went out. Trying to save us money, he spent an hour troubleshooting the problem with us on the phone. Once it was apparent that more was required than a quick fix, he immediately sent a technician over. By this time it was 830 on a Friday evening. Come to find out, our A/C capacitor had blown. With the age of the unit we went ahead and decided to get a new one instead of trying to replace/repair.

By the next morning, Saturday Morning, he had guys coming by first thing in the morning (to beat the warming of the house as much as possible) to take out the old unit and replace it with the new one. Not only did he replace the AC (a 5 ton unit) but he and his team found out that the intake air panel was only big enough for a two ton unit. He worked with me to come up with a way to get more airflow in and very professionally cut out new air intake panels. Our AC has never been as efficient!! As his guys were bringing the new unit upstairs to install it, they scuffed the paint on the railing just a little bit. It was noticeable but not too bad. Mr Wilson saw it before I had to mention anything and brought in a painter to fix the scuffs.

The technical expertise AND customer service that Mr. Wilson and his team provided was top notch. His prices were honest and reasonable. We probably could have gotten lower quotes and waited for a better deal, but I highly doubt we would have received the increase in efficiency for our unit and the OUTSTANDING customer service.

He completely replaced the indoor and outdoor unit, fixed our drain line, repaired the scuffs on the paint, stopped by twice to ensure we were happy after the install, provides a TWO year service warranty, filled out and submitted all of the rebate paperwork for us and all of this within the original quote that he gave on Friday night. Never was there any hidden fees or up charges. I have never been so impressed with a company

There are certain things you take for granted until they are out of your life. Once removed, you realize just how much those comforts mean to you...like air conditioning on a warm day.

I am miserable. A recently shattered leg bone has me feeling poorly. Couple that discomfort with a home air conditioning unit which decided to die on us a mere five plus years after spending premium dollars having it installed. So, I'm a hot mess.

We used the app Nextdoor to ask our fellow neighbors for recommendations for a trusted a/c professional. A number of satisfied customers in our neighborhood suggested Mr. Wilson Heating & Air. It was a Saturday morning when I phoned...and they answered on the weekend!!! Mr. Wilson bless his heart was just returning from a conference out of town and was probably looking forward to relaxing a bit to relieve the jet lag of travel. Still, I spoke to his wife who promised to send him right over to us to look at our situation.

Mr. Wilson himself took a generous amount of time to look at our system and confirm what we feared and revealed the don't always get what you paid for news regarding our out of commission air conditioner . Our system which we paid a premium for over 5 years ago was a mismatch of pieces with the one that holds the freon being the older more expensive type of freon using unit. Great *said with sarcasm*. It is a lesson learned to make sure to use licensed professionals and make sure to ask the questions of professional licenses, unit functionality, city permits and such. All heating and air businesses are not equal. We now know.

Mr. Wilson gave a portion of his Saturday to diagnose our issue and provide options on a day I'm certain he would have preferred spending with his family. I think that goes above and beyond in this time of life.

We received great service from a caring air conditioning professional. Yes, I'm very satisfied with Mr. Wilson Heating and Air.

My husband and I were looking to replace the AC in our rent house during early July before the tenants moved in. Mr. Wilson's provided several unit options at an affordable price as well as no interest for 2 years cc option. They showed up on-time and were very friendly and efficient in getting the job done. The only issue that arose was NBU wanted to credit our rebate to our tenants utility bill rather than reimbursing us. This issue caused a headache for us. However, Ms. Wilson (owners wife) understood our dilemma and made the situation right. This goes to show the company values providing customer service and word of mouth recommendations. Also, on a side note, they give back to the community as they provided work to the humane society when they were in need. I would definitely recommend Mr. Wilsons.

TOP NOTCH Company. Fast and honest. Our company has 5 locations and we use Mr. Wilson for all of them. We know we wont get ripped off when we call them out like other companies tend to do. And you cant beat the sweet voice of Bianca answering the phone : )

Best HVAC company in town. We had an IQAir filter installed and they did a fantastic job. They even came back to address all the questions I have free of charge. Leah is extremely friendly and patient with me and took care of me and answered my questions even outside of normal business hours. I will definitely go back to Mr Wilson for all my HVAC related needs.
