I’m always pleased with the staff that takes my calls. They are professional and friendly. I asked that my appt. last year be scheduled after COVID. They had no problem waiting. My appointment was scheduled and held today - 5/11/21.
MARK AUSTIN, my service technician, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He checked the output of my registers in my problem areas, made adjustments in the attic, then explained how to get the best results from my A/C and Heat units during the year.

Javier provided an excellent maintenance check of our system. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. After checking our entire system thoroughly, he gave us a very good rundown of the good, the bad, and various options available, without any sales pitch..just good information. This is a great company. They are ethical and honorable!!! Their technician is amazing. I had a weird problem and a master electrician, electrical engineer and a previous service company could not figure out what was wrong. My tech from Advent walked in and had it figured out in minutes!!!! Way to go! Would recommend for sure.

From the beginning to the end Advent air did an excellent job. Cris and the installers (Jim and Lawrence) exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them to everyone.

Mark came out and quickly found the problem we were experiencing with our new home and the units that Advent had installed. The mistake was NOT with the units, but with the builders mistake on our closing day. He was very thorough in his explanations of our units and I found their service plans very reasonable. Mark got us all set up with the wireless aspect of our units and we are VERY PLEASED with Advent's attention to detail! Great Experience with Advent!

Very pleased with the service we have received from Advent Air. Prompt service with scheduling appointments. Great notification emails with a picture of your technician before they arrive. Every tech we have had out has been professional, courteous, knowledgeable with an attention to detail. They have also made sure no mess is left behind. There are no high pressure sales techniques and anything they recommend they are happy to answer any question you may have.

11/8/19 - Just had my fall/winter inspection maintenance. Ben was the technician and he did an excellent job. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Made a couple of recommendations and gave them to me in writing. There is no hard sell here, just great service. Everything mentioned above is also still valid. I would continue to recommend Advent to anyone looking for HVAC new installation, service or a maintenance contract.

12/3/20 - Fall/Winter service - Tommy was my technician this season. He did a fantastic job. Punctual, thorough, friendly, willing to answer all my questions. Was a great visit...I have never had anything less than excellence with Advent. Thank Tommy and thanks Advent Air!

We have been customers for 20 years including service contracts and replacement units. They are always responsive and professional. I wish all the businesses I have to deal with were as reliable as Advent.

It all started with a dead furnace on a cold morning. I contacted Advent Air Conditioning, which I already knew was a great company from past experiences. John L., my technician, responded the same day after Donna the dispatcher managed to work me in.

To begin with, I was so impressed with Donna’s politeness and caring attitude. Then just a few hours later John L. called ahead of time to give me an eta. He arrived on time and ready to go. He put booties on his shoes to protect my carpets from any dirt and debris. He then began working and diagnosing the problem. A short time later he explained and even showed me what was wrong. The blower motor on the furnace had worn out and was no longer working. John then quoted me a fair price to replace the motor. When he finished he provided an invoice matching the quote. As I paid, we visited shortly and John is a very friendly, interesting, and knowledgeable guy. I will definitely use Advent Air Conditioning again when needed, and will refer them to all my family and friends!

We had a great experience with Advent. They were able to come out very quickly when our AC went out. They quoted us a great price and rebated us the cost of our service call 3 weeks prior. Adam gave us a window unit to use while our system was on order. The day of install went very smoothly. The crew arrived on time, were very courteous, informative, and cleaned up when they were done. So far, we have been very pleased with the service we have received.
