INCREDIBLE! I recently had an issue with a service performed and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue! I am not sure who they sent but he was excellent and explained a lot to me about HVAC systems and made some recommendations. Due to the above I will be a customer for life with advent air.

I’ve had a few service appointments over the course of a year and overall I’m very satisfied with Advent Air Conditioning. They have a very streamlined process from appointment communications to billing and the techs that are dispatched are very friendly and competent. Prices are also fair.

Update (3/12/20): Had an issue where my thermostats went blank and AC was lost. Advent Air Conditioning was out to my home quickly and they were able to fix the issue at a fair price. Overall, I’m still very happy with the service I’m receiving from this company and their staff. I also noticed that the technicians put on shoe covers before they entered my house which was greatly appreciated. It’s nice to see a company and staff that pays attention to detail like this.

Update (4/05/21): Had an issue with a drain pan that was rusted pretty badly. Advent AC replaced it and and installed a float switch. There was an issue with the float switch install a few days later but they were quick in coming back and fixing the issue. A big shout out to Darryl for his professionalism and great attitude throughout the process.

Cris McCown came to our home and walked us through all of the options regarding a new HVAC system. He was thoughtful, explained things well, and was not pushy at all. We hired Advent & Miguel and Manny did a fantastic job installing our new system. They were very kind and hard working. They were very personable and were thoughtful towards my wife and our toddler. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned well afterwards. They took the time to explain the system to us and the details after a long day of working. We were very pleased with the whole process and certainly recommend Advent for installation needs. The HVAC is working great and we are thrilled to have it. We wish we had purchased it sooner!

Arrived on time. Polite and respectful of my property. Explained everything he was doing. And once done he recapped everything he did. No high pressure sales to join their comfort club. Just let me knew it was an option and I could sign later if I changed my mind.

Wonderful service and very professional. Everything is inspected . We got several bids decided to get a true HVAC company in Advent that has to follow laws and rules and regulations and does it right!!! They also supplied us with 2 window units to use while we were deciding since our old system was completely shot. They care !!!!

Kendrick was personable and informative. He worked efficiently and informed me of several other problems with the unit. He came after hours with a great attitude. I would recommend him to anyone. The price seemed a bit high, but we got great service when we needed it.

After much research I chose Advent over competitors bids based on reputation, reviews online and the fact that they were local and had been in business here over 25 years. I was very pleased with the professionalism and honesty of every person I encountered during the process. Sarah Mines did a great job as my salesperson and primary contact, and Rolando and the installation crew were prompt, efficient and tidy. Overall a great experience and the new system is performing flawlessly.

I have used them for 8 years. I did not have issues until this year. Not sure if they have new management or owners, but the service was terrible this last time. I had a maintenance contract for 2-3 years. Long story short AC was not working. Tech arrived and said the control board needed to be replaced. Turns out they did not have the part. It was on back-order. This went on for several weeks. Never could get an update and schedule on when it would arrive.. Very poor communications and follow-up. After waiting over 10 days I called a competitor and it turned out the board was fine, the system had a Low Freon Alarm. After putting gauges on it, it showed no Freon, Open up the coil and it showed extensive corrosion and oil residue, where the Freon escaped.. ie. Don't use them, techs seem poorly trained, and Managers fail to communicate..

Out of all the companies I called, Advent was by far the best. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and price competitive! First impressions are the most important and for me it was when Chris M came out. He spent his time measuring every room. He was very patient with all my emails/calls to make sure I ended up with a system I would be happy with. On install day, Miguel came out and did a perfect job. I’m really enjoying my new system. I would recommend Advent without hesitation.
