Ben was an amazing technician. He identified an issue with the a/c and was able to put it in layman's terms so I could understand. He even took a photo so that I could see it. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and took time out to go over my system thoroughly. He is top notch and probably the best technician that I have had with Advent. I highly recommend him and wish he would be permanently assigned to my account.

Another outstanding experience with Advent. The drain line to one of our AC units clogged on a Thursday and excellent Advent technician Joe Fuentes was at our house the following afternoon. He confirmed the problem and then worked tirelessly in our hot attic on a Friday afternoon/evening to get it resolved. He also took the time to explain exactly what the problem was, where it occurred, what he'd done to fix it, and what I could do to help it from occurring again. Mr. Fuentes *really* went above and beyond, especially since he was spending his Friday evening in our attic and not having fun! 10/10. Will absolutely use Advent again and I highly recommend them.

Great service. Had an urgent capacitor issue. Kendrix replaced and installed on somewhat short notice. He was professional and did a great job.

Chris was a very professional consultant that understood our budget and helped us pick a new AC System. My wife and I have been Advent customers for over 32 years. Our 3rd complete system was installed 2 years ago; very pleased with systems’ reliability as well as consistently excellent service from Advent. We highly recommend them.

During a very hot Texas day as air conditioners were breaking down throughout, there service was exceptional. We had warranty issues due to our contractor, they worked with us. Our technician Sue and John were quick, courteous and knowledgeable .
There was confusion with our quote , John worked with the office and they honored the lower price. I hope I never need there service again. But if I do I won’t hesitate calling Advent.

Ben was great to work with. Very professional and very informative. He called 30 minutes before arriving and arrived when he said. He explained all the issues clearly and professionally. He took great care to make sure both of us were safe during his visit. I look forward to working with Ben in the future.

I had my spring A/C inspection today...tech Joe Fuentes was OUTSTANDING! He was very knowledgeable and openly answered any and all questions. I have used Advent for close to 20 years and have always received courteous service. Highly recommend.
