My 17 year old AC died back in August. I found the receipt for that, and it was from Advent, so I chose to go with them again. Sarah helped set up a new AC and heating system for what I needed for my home. The guys installing the AC and the furnace with new duct work did a great job from beginning to the clean up. I hope my new stuff will last for at least another 17 years, but when it goes, I'll be depending on them again.

Excellent service, competitive pricing, communicative techs, system installation estimator was awesome. Clean, considerate, prompt.

Jimmy and his team of Jose, Tevin and Nicholas did a great job replacing and installing multiple systems and additional duct returns. Also Sarah was great to work with on the sale and planning.

System was installed in new build in 2014. Advent did the design and install. We’ve been happy with the system performance. Recently one unit failed. It took a few days to get the part but they were very prompt when the part arrived. We are very satisfied.

The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. Easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions I had. Great job. Showed me things that were causing issues in my house, that I did not know about.

Update: I am extremely sorry they had left me a voice mail that I totally missed. My apologies once again. Barbara called me this morning to schedule an appointment but since they deal exclusively with Carrier - I decided not to proceed as I'm interested in Trane.

Reached out to them twice based on the reviews - spoke to Portia on both the occasions and was assured that would get a call from a person who handles scheduling to get a comfort advisor. Never got any call back and just makes me wonder that when a company doesn't respond for a sales call, service calls do not even stand a chance.

A bit disappointed by their lack of responsiveness.

Wes was very professional. He did a great job servicing the system and then answered all my questions. I highly recommend Advent Air for all your heating and cooling needs!

Marvin came to perform our semiannual AC checkup. He was on-time, friendly and professional. He took his time to give our system a thorough check up, both inside and outside. He promptly sent the inspection report via email. Overall a great job!

Covered all service. Did not have promised free 4” filter. Told they put temporary 1” filter and would come back with 4” filter. They have not returned today. Quality of work was thorough and complete. Would like the promised filter. Update 03/28/23: Left out of review the missed filter was an outlier. They have always done reliable quality service. Been using them for 12 years now. Would recommend to friends and family.
