Our technician Vlas with advent air was amazing. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time and explained every step of his process in a way I could understand. Vlas installed two new thermostats, did some troubleshooting and repaired a furnace power issue, and did maintenance work on the A/C and heating systems. Vlas kept his work area clean and was very personable. Vlas went over and beyond for us. We would definitely recommend advent air and will be using them in the future.

Had issues with water dripping from pan under HVAC system in attic. Vlas found and corrected the problem.

I purchased a new home and they installed our HVAC system. They were very professional and responsive in the beginning. So, I signed up for their maintenance program which was a huge mistake. They canceled appointments regularly and promised to follow-up but never did. I’m not even sure I received all of the services I purchased because everything was so scattered.

On my last maintenance appointment, they sent out an employee who made adjustments which caused condensation on all of my vents upstairs. Now I have water stains around all of them. I reported the problem to them. They sent someone over to review it and photograph the damage. He told me they would have a meeting about it and get back to me. I never heard from them except when they wanted me to sign up for their maintenance program again. I told the young man that I wouldn’t sign up for anything until they addressed the water stains on the ceiling. I still have not heard back from them regarding my issue. I guess now I am responsible for the problem they created. In the 4 years since we’ve been in our home, condensation was never an issue until they made adjustments. I would not recommend this company as they don’t follow through or honor their commitments.

This was a system maintenance that went smoothly. however, my system is eight years old and the house does not have a whole house surge protector. I agreed to have the technician install a surge protector and a drip protector for the unit itself. I usually replace systems around the twelfth year so I need to protect my current one. last year a friend had a lightning strike which fried his computer and his HVAC system and his wiring throughout the house. Insurance was a hassle for him and even though they paid $15,000+, he had large uncovered expenses.

I have contracted with Advent Air for the last six years....I have always been pleased with their professionalism, quality of work and responsiveness. Today William was my technician....he was right on time, very friendly, professional and patient. He explained his work as he went and was also very efficient. I appreciate Williams work ethic and that of Advent Air....

I say this for each review, but I would recommend them to family and friends!
