Probably the most honest and competent home services company in Texas. I had an evaporator coil leak. Sarah explained, in detail, my options. She was professional and knowledgeable. I chose to install a new system because it was priced right and Carrier offered 60-month, zero percent financing. The install team arrived on time and was very professional. Absolutely a five-star company.

Super impressed with these guys. Although the part required to repair our aging furnace was very expensive, our technician, Terry, was fantastic. He was Very good to explain what he was up to as he worked. It became clear that he was most interested in making sure the job was done right and he did not leave until he was sure the system was functioning properly. I would definitely use them again (though I hope I don’t have to, anytime soon!)

Terry did a great job of diagnosing, assessing repair requirements and providing options. He picked up the part, fixed the system and checked to make sure everything was working properly. Terry was very diligent in his customer protection and was very polite and helpful. Having used Advent for over 15 years now, I highly recommend them if you want it fixed for a fair price.

Advent recently installed the third system we have purchased from them (3 houses over 10 years) and we can not imagine working with any other company.
From the maintenance call with David to the final installation everyone we worked with was pleasant and professional. Chris evaluated our needs and gave us informed options on systems and Miguel and Jimmy did a great job with the installation.

I have been a long time customer of advent. They are the best! My family has a maintenance agreement with Advent. Today, Ben came to my scheduled maintenance. Ben was professional and polite. He was very thorough and precise. This guy is a superstar!! He checked and verified everything was working properly with my system giving me peace of mind. Advent is my trusted a/c company!!!

William came out and replaced a Starter Capacitor on the condenser. Was very friendly and efficient. Called Advent this morning as the unit stopped working Sunday afternoon, and they were out here at lunchtime! Great response time, problem resolved and he changed out my air filters on all 3 units as well.

A great bunch. Had them install 2 new 21 Seer units in 2017 and then fix a bunch of poor install work on my third unit from another vendor. High quality work. Fix problems without questions or the run around. A little more expensive than my last 2 contractors but the work quality is top notch

They installed a new higher efficiency air conditioner and heater (blower) for our upstairs, because the original one didn't have the juice to keep the upstairs cool enough. Great service and very responsive to issues that came up. Very happy! :-)

They installed my AC when my house was new. I have kept them as the company that maintains my system. I pay them a monthly fee to be under contract. I do not know what has happened to them in the past 2 years but trying to call them to schedule a checkup (under my contract) is impossible. I have been calling them for 2 weeks now and no one answers and no one responds. I have sent 4 emails and nothing. I need to get my unit services. They certainly do not hesitate to take out the monthly fee. I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service and I will be looking for a new company to continue this service.
