A#1 Air, LLC (A Number 1 Air)

Randy came to my house for a repair and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very honest man! Will definitely request him for future work at my house! A1 air will be my first call because of Randy!

They replaced our entire system 5 years ago. We’ve now had 2 major parts fail catastrophically on a 5 year old unit. The tech kept finding more broken parts as he worked. Again, it’s all only 5 years old and installed by them. It was somehow still thousands of dollars even though it was still under warranty. It’s starting to smell like grossly overpriced and shoddy work. Then they had the audacity to try to sell us another brand new unit. We will never use them again. Run far away and find a different and reputable company.

Called and was put on their schedule for today. Wow, that's excellent! No time window was given bc it was a same day appointment, which is totally understandable. Cancelled my work day to ensure I was home as it was almost 85° inside. I received an update call a little past lunch that I was still on the schedule, but waiting to be assigned to a technician. Still, totally understandable. Shortly before 5pm I received another update call saying I still have not been assigned to a technician and it will most likely be after 3am. Honesty from the start would have been beneficial so I was able to call other companies to see if they were available. Be very careful dealing with this company. Promises made, but not kept. Had I known it would not have been "today" as promised, I would have called around. This is what happens when a company gets too big for their britches and have little, if any respect for their would be customers.

This is in reply to the owner's reply....Why waste my time with your "Customer Relations" department? By being lied to this morning, it cost me $2k in income. As a 1099, I do not have the luxury of vacation time or PTO, if I do not work, I do not get paid! As a company you know better than to make empty promises to people. Not only do I sit here sweating, I sit here with lost income due to your company's lies. Ironically, upon posting my experience on our community page and Nextdoor mobile application, I received multiple recommendations for companies who are honest and that have COMMITTED to keeping their word by showing up on the day promised! I truly hope you use this feedback to get better and treat future customers with the respect they deserve.

I’m extremely satisfied with my service technician Matt. Matt came to my mothers home and his first statement he said after greeting us was, “how can I help.” I asked him if he had a power drill and he said sure, and he helped me to unscrew the screws in the sheet rock so that he could get access to my moms AC/heating unit. He was extremely helpful, personable and professional. He explained everything in detail. The heater shut off because the filter was super dirty. He was so respectful to my 82 year mom who offered him advice. He listened to her and made her feel heard and valued. I’m so glad he came out on Saturday after another technician was dispatched on Friday. That technician told my mom he couldn’t help her since the sheet rock was in place. Matt went above and beyond to ensure my mom was taken care of; he helped us schedule and finance to have the ducts cleaned, remove and install installation and add an attic ladder. I had called numerous other companies and was given the run around, so glad I called A#1 Air, they did not disappoint. Matt should also be the spokesperson and model for this company, he is very handsome and very kind!

Sam is amazing. He stopped by around 6 pm and was able to reset my compressor so we could have cold air again. It was like 90 degrees. He's a beast. Thanks again. Always reliable!

Jamal was exceptional! Arrived on time and very thorough. He looked over all our past checks and explained everything we needed to keep our equipment operational now and in the future. You can trust what he says. Great experience

The hands on service it self was fine, but I did not appreciate that the only solution offered was the extremely overpriced replacement of the entire system. Each time I asked what lower cost, tide me over process, it was exaggerated the only thing to do was a complete replacement. Quotes were given for partial
Replacements, but the tech made made insinuating insults about anything besides complete replacements. The replacement quote was $12,000-$25,000, I was told a true cost could not be quoted unless another sales person, came out and did another time consuming evaluation. I will be getting a new system from another company for half of your so lowest so called quote. The tech was nice and friendly. I just don't appreciate the company sales practices.

Artinez Murray was very professional. He answered all my questions and was straight forward. Even though it was a late night call, he checked every aspect of my A/C system and didn’t rush through the process. Great experience. I would definitely recommend his service to my friends and family.

John Cook came out this this afternoon to do our annual maintenance/inspection. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. I am beyond impressed with his work and dedication. He was here for 4+ hours and found issues that had been overlooked for years. I hope he stays with A1 Air forever! Thank you so much, John!

Sam Andrei is an excellent technician. Not only did he do a great job on my annual tune up, but he helped me understand all my options to get the most out of my heat/ AC systems. Technicians like Sam is why A#1 is the only company that will work on my heat/ac systems. You can’t go wrong with A#1.
