A#1 Air, LLC (A Number 1 Air)

Ac goes out Monday Night. I called a#1 air at 7am. They had a tech out by 9 and had a new coil installed and everything back up and running by 3:30 that same afternoon. Tech's were professional laid drop clothes over the floor. They even tested the heater just to make sure everything was ok. The AC unit is old and P traps were not a part of the building code so they went ahead and put a p trap on the drain even though they did not have to. Great company i will never use anyone else.

Kenneth provided spectacular service on today’s cooling system tune up at my home. He was very professional, and provided some helpful recommendations that will allow my unit to lasts me for years to come. I had Kenneth Mills out to do a seasonal inspection, one of the major things I like about their techs is that there isn't a hard sale. They tell you what needs to be done and, most time, you know it needs done too. They give good feedback and realistic prices for their work. They make it happen too, had our old system replaced when it failed mid summer and they had a crew here next day, done by the afternoon. They didn't blow out out bank account and they have good financing if you have to go that route like we did. Spending money is always rough but when you do you wanna know it's going to good work, these guys do good work and I'll certainly look to them for good work on future jobs.

Lucas and Michael did an amazing job! They came out at a late hour and did an amazing job fixing our AC. They were both extremely professional and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend the company to anyone needing AC work.

Art came over for a summer tune up. was very friendly and professional. took his time checking out everything thoroughly. he was able to get our thermostat warrantied out with the issue we were having too.

Luke and Michael did a great job. They were very informative on my system and level of need. I appreciate the education.
They both had some helpful tips to make my AC run more efficient.

July 4 I noticed my air conditioning was warming up so I called a number one air they made me an appointment for that day the technician came out maybe a couple of hours later name is Jake I ask him does the AC compressor have a start capacitor like the condenser blower motor does and he said yes So that’s the first thing he checked and he showed me that it was bad And needed to be replaced and he just looks at me and says that’ll be 391 do you want it fixed I said so that’s it nothing else no talk no nothing $391 plus my $20 trip charge he was here less 15 minutes said it did not need any Freon capacitors are far less than 50 bucks so you do the math. I know that I won’t use them again

Great service. They were thorough with the cleaning. Uninstalled the Vents and the unit fan. Disinfected the ducts. Made a great difference. To the home owner Make sure you know your system and put everything in the initial contract because they will try to add on things if you don't. For example I was being charged an extra 400 to 800 dollars for something we already agreed on. We got it sort out but it makes them seam dishonest. After this was cleared through their boss everything ran smoothly.

The next one was Atic insulation. This is a 50 year old house about 1200 square ft. The guy did great work. For the home owner strongly recommended a pre inspection before they blow insulation. Take pictures and For a good review. Do not let them blow insulation without a proper mid point inspection! It should look like the pictures I post before they re insulate.
