Recently, we had contact with Thomas Rivera. We are having our HVAC system replaced and Thomas was extremely helpful in getting us a couple of window units to cool down the house while we waited for the installation of your new system.

I was a repeat customer and big fan. (No pun intended) You priced gouged me last week and now you lost my business. You should be better to good customers.

Frank Perez was amazing. I was his last stop if the day. He diagnosed it immediately and had it fixed in ten min. This is the second time I have used this company and I also referred them to my neighbor. We are both extremely satisfied and will continue to use and recommend them. You are able to request a specific tech when you set your appointment and I highly recommend Frank.

I dont have anything good to say. From insulation to electric...terrible. I asked for an outside electric box for my front porch. They cut a hole just behind my washer, which was in my garage, but the other side was in my house. Oh sorry, we wont charge u for that, our mistake. Then put a box else where and it took 2 hours. I knew right then, it was a 2 hour minimum. Also, I had a guy come REPLACE a bathroom heater/fan. He kept going in the attic and wasting time, it took him 2 hours also. I called the co. they said it's not a 2 hour minimum. For 1, the guy never needed to go into the attic. I just had that changed out and the guy never went into the attic. So, I def. Know they lie. I didnt get paperwork for the outside plug when they left and i knew right away, they were going to lie and charge me for 2 installs and that's exactly what happened. I called the co. I was told, i would get a refund, if i took my review down. This is also how they work. I said, i will update it, but I will not take it down. Then, I was told to find someone else to use. We are paying for status for the owners. We are paying for their commercials, advertising, appearances on channel 4. I found me a new co. and left the lies behind.
When we had insulation installed around the ducts in the attic they were finished and left 8 bags of insulation in our garage. Once again I call. I was told they bring extra. I said, 8 bags extra? I'm paying thousands of $$ for this to be left behind. I looked the pricing up and asked for a refund for those 8 bags. I got my refund. Was told I could keep the insulation because I asked them to come pick it up. They are SHADY.

The units are just paid off (we were offered up sales every single maintenance twice a year for the last couple of years which was also annoying) and wouldn't you know it...the paid for system that is supposed to be covered under the warranty needs a new compressor but I have to pay $150 just to make sure that is what it needs...then get this when they replace the part I now have to pay for 2600 for them to add coolant to the new part! Why wasn't that pointed out at the time we bought the units that an all inclusive warranty isn't all inclusive. Never will I recommend them and the technician laughed and didn't care.

Jamal was outstanding! Very professional and courteous. Kept me informed of what he was doing, why, and the results. Could not have asked for a better experience. Plus, he's a veteran like me.

We had A1 out twice this week for two different services.

Robert and his apprentice plumber did an awesome job installing three new faucets for us. They were friendly, efficient, answered tons of questions I had, and did a great job.

The second service we had was a level three duct cleaning. The team showed up on time and were all very friendly and efficient, again answered my eight thousand questions, and showed me tons of before and after pictures of the ducts they cleaned. They did a fantastic of of keeping things as clean as possible during the process, cleaned up the little mess that was understandably made as part of the process, and explained everything they did. Greg, Devin, James, Braedon, Elijah, and Ram were awesome.

Clint and Tony did a wonderful job ! found the leak quickly had an abatement team out here very fast! We decided to replace all the plumbing throughout my house and they did a great job! When they showed up I was in tears with 10 min I was smiling after talking with Clint!

Clint Reasoner and his partner Tony Nguyen were very professional and showed up early to begin the repairs. They were very organized and even helped move some of the things I forgot to move before they began to work. Both were polite and helpful when explaining what they needed to do in order to do the job. They re piped all of the water lines in one day. I now have hot water and no leaks!! Thank you A#1!
