I contacted A#1 Air in September 2022 and had them come and quote relocating a plug and fixing a wall on which the plugs weren’t working. Knowing we have an old house and that the electrical box needed to be relocated from interior closet to outside…we’ve been putting it off for far too long knowing it was going to be a pretty decent expense.

They did a full inspection of our electrical as part of their normal routine and we discussed options. We ended up getting the new electrical box put in and they fixed so many other items, adding GFCI in place of standard plugs per code, updated outdoor covered outlets, fixed my plug connection that was not working and they also found corrosion on our water heater plug that could’ve potentially caused a fire!!

I was so pleased with their thoroughness and quick action (all work done in a day). I have piece of mind that our house is a safe place and so glad we made the decision to get our whole house up to code. Our families’ safety is most important and I felt their concern as well. The guys that came were nice and witty, they were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Always a good experience. They installed my system several years ago and do service check twice a year. Always knowledgeable people and good service. Saw Les as my service tech today and he did a great job!

Terrance did a great job inspecting my heating and cooling system. He gave me helpful recommendations for additional maintenance of my system but was not pushy or aggressive about performing more work. He was courteous, arrived on time, and was efficient with his work.

We've had Kylie our last 2 visits for our general maintenance. She is very knowledgeable and doesn't push a commission agenda. Every time she comes she is on time and very efficient. We've been pleased with her and hope she comes out more often

I called around 8:06 am because our air wasn’t cooling as well as it should and the thermostat just kept climbing higher alongside the sun outside. I was an unscheduled appointment so I expected the usual of waiting around until 3pm for someone to show up.

At 8:35, not even half an hour later, Jimmy Nguyen was at my front door and his service was as friendly and professional as his smile.
After asking me more about my issue, he began hooking up his equipment and opening panels on the outdoor unit explaining what he was doing every step of the way. I’m a first time homeowner, so I had a lot of questions and he answered them all in stride while also giving me routine maintenance advice rookie homeowners like me wouldn’t know such as how to properly clean the outside unit to not block suction and gave me a detailed list of future additions/upgrades/services Anumber1air can provide to improve the life of the unit and the comfortability of my household.

Thanks to owning an Anumber1air membership the normally $99 service call was only $20 bucks, thats less than buying a new movie on dvd at Wal-Mart. We originally purchased our AC unit through them as well so he easily pulled our warranties up on his phone and was able to swap out the broken part in minutes, free of charge.

Between receiving service within the hour and the professional courteous service Jimmy Nguyen provided I think I’ve become an Anumber1Air customer for life.

Jimmy even provided his personal number in case of an emergency so he can get to us as soon as possible. You can’t put a price on that level of quality and commitment to customer service in the world today.

Called for a service to set up pendant lights. Was told that there would be a quote before services were rendered. My wife was at home when they arrived and there was no quote, just services @ roughly $125 an hour for a 40 minute job for 2 people. And an invoice that just shows, level $ repair.

We thought we had a found a great company. We had them replace our entire HVAC system and duct cleaning. We had a great initial experience until they left Houston 2 years afterwards even though we pre-paid for yearly maintenance and parts and warranty labor. After they left Houston, they sent as a postcard informing us and that is it. They are not honoring the parts warranty unless we give them enough time to approve which in Houston summer heat who wants to wait days. Wish we never used them. I can somewhat understand covering the labor from a different company but the parts at the very least should be. Complete scam paying for their warranty.

Highly recommend staying away from them as they could random decide to leave your area as well.

We had the wonderful Leo help us out. He was very respectful, courteous and professional. He got his job done well, and we were very happy with his help. We would absolutely use him again!
