A#1 Air, LLC (A Number 1 Air)

My neighbor has use this service for the last five years. A #1 air has to access my backyard to get to my neighbors, air conditioning unit. The service men are always professionally uniformed and super nice anytime I interface with them. The owner of the company appears to be much more happier in appearance on channel 4 in his commercial. I see that he got a cowboy hat, a jacket and a small dog. I guess he got a divorce. He looks much happier now.

We were truly blessed to get Terrance as our technician. Our A/C stopped working and we have two special needs kids to worry about. Terrance was prompt, kind and very professional. Upon inspection, he diagnosed a broken indoor blower motor. He immediately ordered the part and came back the following day to replace it. Thus, bringing back the much needed cool air for the entire family. The price was reasonable. Would not hesitate to contact A#1Air for any other issues or to ask for Terrance to assist with fixing any problem. Thank you. The Mitchell family.

Shelli was my technician today and she was an absolute pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and explained throughly all the issues that we had going on with our unit. I really appreciate her honesty in which work is most important to be completed and didn't push me to get work done I didn't need. I will definitely be requesting to have her as my tech going forward! I recommend anyone looking for service to use A#1 air and see if Shelli is working!! You won't regret it!

Teco was very informative, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’m very happy and pleased with his service since he did it with a smile even though it was so hot outside. Thanks Teco you’re the best!

I got a new system from them and duct cleaning. They did an amazing job. Their crew is very professional and courteous. Alexis and Damon were super nice. They took their time and made sure every single duct is properly cleaned. They never rushed the job and did everything right. I’m very happy and satisfied.

I just had Randy perform services on my home. He was the best. As a new home owner, he took the time to personally show me around the equipment and educate me on what to look for in the future should any similar issues arise. If I run into any problems down the road, I will for sure be individually requesting this technician! I appreciate you Randy.

Lucas K. was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was inspecting. While I was upset my system was damaged, I’m very happy with the service I received. He showed up the same day I called and he will definitely be my go to for upcoming hvac maintenance.

Lucas with A #1 Air came out for maintenance work on my homes A/C unit. I’m very happy with the maintenance work he did. Lucas does quality work, he’s very professional, and knowledgeable in what he does. I will definitely continue to use A #1 Air.

Edit: I have reached out to A #1 recently so They haven't had a chance to respond to this. I am updating this review because the Tech diagnosed my unit with a bad compressor, quoted me $6,667 for repair and quoted 12,338 for replacement (lowest price of the 3). Due to the age of the unit they recommended I replace it. Due to the cost of repair and replacement I called another company. To my surprise this Tech fixed the unit in 10min (bad Hard Start) saved me a ton of money!

Leo was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. Our ac started having issues and he was on site late in the evening until it was resolved. We would highly recommend Leo and his company.
