We've been very pleased over the years with A#1 Air, there constantly very professional and reliable. Emphasis on reliable! From having our AC serviced with awesome techs like "Hunter Witham" with great attitude who's very informative and goes out of his way to answer any questions or concerns you may have. To many of the rest of there crew doing plumbing, and electric as well. It comes in handy when you have a good company you can go to and trust for several of your service and maintenance needs 2 thumbs up !

Angel our technician was able to come on-site on the holiday within 30 mins to fix our AC. He was very professional and was able to resolve the problem quickly. Highly recommend working with this company- they have taken great care of us for many years!

Frank Perez came to my home today to fix my air conditioning & I could not have asked for better service.
Extremely personable and friendly as well as professional. He walked me through every little detail of the things that were being done so I could understand and provided an outstanding service. I won’t be using any other company in the future, they have me as a customer for life.

My AC was not working properly and I set up an appointment. Lee Umton was professional, efficient and explained my options. He was able to fix my problem on the same day. I appreciate the quick response to get my air back up and running. Great job and definitely recommend.

Patrick Blanco arrived on site, listened to the obvious symptoms, then went right to work. He executed a very thorough diagnostic exam of the compressor documenting each test. He was able to determine that the problem was NOT the compressor but our circuit breaker. A#1 electrician on site within an hour problem solved. Patrick is a true professional dedicated to his craft and his customers!

I just had Frank Perez for a an estimate of my HVC and ducts and loved his service explaining all the options and prices. He made it sound really easy to understand and easy to get it done. He even changed my filter which is located on my attic. Tks again FRANK😏

Lucas did a great job! Super friendly, helpful, and kind solving issues on our HVAC system. He also replaced our filters and took the time to educate me on how to replace them in the future with the correct direction in air flow. A super nice guy, and will continue to recommend wherever I go. Thanks Lucas for your help and time!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I left work to meet a technician, and then the technician never showed. I called as the service window closed, and I was told the technician wasn’t able to come because he felt ill. I can sympathize with that, but nobody called to tell me or to reschedule. The dispatcher said she would have someone out to the house first thing, first appointment at 8:30 AM. By 8:45, nobody had arrived. I called to make sure they were coming, and I was told that an 8:30 appointment isn’t possible, and that nobody can ever arrive until after a meeting ends at 10am. I will not be able to be home at 10am. The voice mail says that calls are recorded for quality control, and I really hope someone listens to those calls.

Called for a system inspection & service. I'd like shout out Sheldon who identified a mold problem with the unit and grills. He initiated immediate service, which was done in a very quick time frame by two technicians, Alejandro & Andy, who did a great job! Excellent service. Great company.

Leo was our technician and he was great. He was early in our appointment window, was polite, explained things in ways we could understand and made the whole process easy. We really appreciated him and the service we received.
