Sam Andrei was a life saver…LITERALLY. Our house was a dangerous 97° and we had to move to a hotel so we could be safe. Sam got to the house, found the problem, fixed it quickly and made sure his fix worked before he left. He also SAVED A BABY BUNNY RABBIT who was trying to cool itself under our AC unit. Sam gave it a handful of water and it perked up enough to bounce away. So not only did Sam give our families’ safety back, he was a caring person who cared enough to save a bunny too. Thank you is not enough Sam; but thank you from our family and the bunny’s family too.

Ethen, was very attentive and knowledgeable when it came to repairing and replacing my electrical outlets. Quick and easy fix and affordable.

Leo was awesome! Of course hearing that your AC is broken is never fun, but he was great at explaining every aspect of what was going on and clear on the next steps. He was able to fix it on the spot and quickly. Really appreciated him!

Hunter showed up got right on top of the situation and this is not an easy situation to fix due to our unit being on top of the second story condo we live in. Extremely professional extremely pleasant open honest worked hard, work fast on a hot roof to get us up and cooling. Not only Hunter the A1 always treats us right and treats is fair. No shady pricing no hidden fees. They were out here and less than five hours of our call, that’s the kind of service that we depend on and no we can count on from A1 air. We called at 11pm on July 3, they arrived at 9 am on July 4th, very quick response time. Leo, did a great job changing the capacitor and explaining all the details. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend A#1 air for your a/c needs.

Recently, my elderly parents’ air conditioner stopped cooling and I called A#1 Air late on a Saturday afternoon. During this busy season, the technician, Thomas Rivera, was at the house early in the day on Sunday. He quickly identified the problem and repaired the system within an hour. Thomas is a professional who is articulate, patient, courteous and gracious. I appreciated the person as much as I was grateful for his work and recommendations.

Andrew was beyond professional and courteous! I had a very unusual problem with some outlets in my home office. Andrew sectionalized the problem, replaced a burned off outlet and replaced 4 other outlets that were installed in a similar substandard manner. Highly recommended, ask for Andrew as your technician!

On 05/18/2023, two older a/c units were tuned up by technician Courtney Tate, who found that they were in good working order. Courtney was extremely professional and performed excellently in thoroughly checking out the units completely including operating condition and efficiency, refrigerant levels, coils and thermostats. The work was done outside and inside the house, as well as in the attic. This was the first time that I used the services of A#1 Air and I was extremely impressed and pleased with the work that was done and the manner in which it was done. I will continue to use them in the future and next will be to inspect my furnaces before the inception of Winter. I'll request that Courtney Tate be sent out again to do the tune-up and any maintenance or repair required. I highly recommend Courtney for his excellent performance and all services provided by A#1 Air. Presently, I have one of their electrical technicians scheduled to come out on 05/23/2023 to review my house's entire electrical system for several known problems being experienced and I will again write a review upon completion.
