Wow, Customer service at it's Best. Dawn and Mark are the epitome of what made this country so great. Patient and being very knowledgeable was only the beginning of how helpful they were, I look forward to a working relationship.

Marc Anthony here. I recently went to the northern tool in lewisville. This was my first time in the store. I was extremely pleased with how neat everything was, but what really stood out was the customer service… Right when I walked in I was immediately greeted by a cashier and he even pointed me to where my item i was looking for was. I later checked out with the same cashier (Jacob) and he was so friendly, attentive, and helpful. Not to mention he even helped me load my engine hoist into my truck, great kid. I recommend Northern Tool to anyone!

Thought I would give this location a chance at having my business.Drove in from Dallas passing two HomeDepot stores and a Lowes. Says that they open up at 8am. Waited outside of Lewisville location till 8:30am and never opened up. Costing clients $$ when i have a crew waiting on certain tools that I needed to buy for a job. Went to Home Depot instead. They do open at their posted time.

Some lady (never said her name) answered the phone with an attitude right off the grip, as if I did something. Not helpful at all. Ended up calling a different location and they were more than pleased to help.

Need a tool.. They got it! I was amazed at all the equipment and tools stored under that one roof. The prices were outrageous either. I knew what I was looking for, but I still spent almost 20 minutes just walking around browsing.

I picked up an online order. The service was fast, friendly and professional.

I called 2 weeks before I came in from California and spoke with Kevin. The Job box I wanted is always sold out, he had one in stock and assured me there would be one when I arrived.
Kevin made my visit enjoyable and professional. Thank you. I'll be back!

I was greeted by a friendly associate as soon as I walked. And asked what I was looking for. I bought 2 of the 27 gallon totes.

I purchased a chainsaw 4 months ago. Stihl at that. Was told service technician works at this location. So today, chainsaw won't start. Go up there just to be told to go to plano or Bedford. They have 2 signs saying service and repairs here. They could put up a sign that states, we do not have that here. Or sorry. Fix this northern tool
