The prices are reasonable yet the website is not user friendly. The chat feature is very good. Individual was very quick to respond and very efficient in finding what I was looking for.

Drove in from Denton to pick up a welder. They had told us it was in stock, but when we got there they said it was a special order. The other problem was that they had three sales people working on it and did not seem to be concerned in the least that we had make a trip for nothing. Scratch this one off your list.

I bought a generator, and I used it once and it didn't turn on again. I went for the warranty, 2 months have passed and they still don't fix it.😠
