The technician was Gary and this company is blessed to have this man as a part of the team. He was very determined and diligent in repairing my plumbing. I just finished getting a 4500.00 bathroom upgrade to find that the new toilet was backing up. Gary worked until at the last but not least a he found a hard plastic ring lodged deep into the toilet drain, compliments of my 3 yr old grandson. This man would not stop until he resolved my problem. Thanks Gary and thanks ABS for your prompt professional service. I do recommend using this company.

Used this company twice. Both times I appreciated their work and the knowledge the techs had. This most recent time was awesome. He helped me understand problems and risks and left everything up to me without pushing. Thanks for the help! I’ll use y’all again when I need something!

Alex was great! He figured out the issue and replaced the thermostat. We downloaded the new app and got it set up. Everything is working and I can control the unit from my phone. He also fixed the box outside for the compressor. Awesome job and he explained everything.

Great service from the free estimate to the next day installation..... installation was under 3 hrs....waited years to get a new unit!... good bye window A.C.!

Installation went smoothly. Came back after my vacation and finished the duct work. Ricky and Preston were very professional and dedicated to getting the job completed. They had issues on another job today and couldn’t make it out til 6:00 pm. Worked dillegently until 9:15 pm to make sure the job was done right. Thanks guys for putting in such a long day to make sure we were satisfied customers. Greatly appreciated.

I called ARS because it was time for my AC unit tune-up. Not only did the tech show up the same day, but he was very professional. He explained to me the tasks he would perform before he got to work. After the job was completed he went over the process with me again while explaining any points of possible concern. He was respectful of my home and property. He tidied up before departing. From the emergency plumbing call at 7:30 am to the arrival of Danny, Isaiah, Tiny, Smalls, and Keith, we were so impressed and very grateful!! Our sewer lines were blocked (and we later learned cracked) and the water was backing up and pouring under the house. We had called 3 other companies and were told it would be anywhere between 24 and 72 hours before they could get anyone there. The response team from ARS arrived within the hour. Wow! What a difference!! And we knew immediately that we were in great hands - professional, skilled, courteous - and they explained every step clearly and fully. It was not to be an easy fix but they got the lines flowing for our temporary use and shifted to complete the remaining repair outside so as not to inconvenience us. Add thoughtful to the list of superlatives! We couldn’t more highly recommend ARS for any issue you might have!! Seasonal inspection. I’d a bad part. Not stocked so have to order. 4 days to get. Then may have to order another part, that’s not stocked. Wil be charged almost 600.00 for each part just for labor as I’m under warranty on the parts. Asinine

Have used them for install before. They tried to quote me $4,000 more for the same HVAC unit at a neighboring house I own that’s equivalent to the one they installed for me less than 12 months prior. I called the guy out on it and he still had no desire to budge. Even more frustrating, I also had a plumber come out to quote me on a simple fix to change a pipe that was gonna take 20 minutes. He wanted $550. Of course I objected and then he tired to tack on a $120 service charge and I’m certainly going to reject it.

The lady that answered the phone gave me a coupon for the $83 then when they got here he said that I couldn’t use the coupon because it was a different service and your price is ridiculous $400 to unstop a bathtub drain. The guys that came out were very nice. We couldn’t believe that you charged $119 for them to walk through the door. You’re a poor excuse of a business and we will never ever call you again and we will encourage all of our friends and family to not use you
