Christopher Larson came out to do a maintenance check. He was very knowledge and courteous. He showed me pictures of how dirty our unit was and what it looks like now after he cleaned it. Huge difference. Would highly recommend Chris and Donelson Air. Thanks for coming out!
Brad and Chris were awesome, they were professional, friendly, and I could tell they had the best intentions of helping me out with my system. Truthfully one of the best and easiest services Iv ever requested. I imagine I am a lifelong customer of this business now.
I came across Air Service Experts due to the highly rated reviews. I called in the morning (today 6/5/23) and everything was handled extremely well. I was promptly told I would expect someone out today - 06/05/23 between 12-2pm, I should receive a call or text confirming someone was on the way. Well, around 12pm same day I received an email confirmation stating my appointment is confirmed for tomorrow, 12-4pm. Well, this can’t be correct. I called immediately and sat in the queue for 25 minutes. I ended up hanging up and redialing, got someone immediately. At that time, they proceeded to tell me my appointment is confirmed for tomorrow and they can’t do anything about it. I asked why is this, why would I be told it was today? Representative said “I don’t know sir, I wasn’t the person you spoke with this morning”. I asked to be transferred to them, and was then told “I don’t know who you spoke with this morning, so I cannot do so”. No resolution was achieved and I was told “they’ll see you tomorrow”.
I will report back and edit my review once the technician completes their job. This has nothing to do with the technician’s work. However the main office and the customer service has been 3/10 stars at best. Extremely displeased. People have to work and I made sure to stay home for today’s appointment. I have to repeat this tomorrow now. I see in a previous 1 star review there was an unfriendly phone rep, so it appears the company doesn’t immediately fix the issue if someone has bad customer service. I probably experienced that same representative
EDITED: just received a callback from Chrissie (spelling?). Not sure if someone had seen this review or the reason for the callback. But she listened to my story and offered immediate resolution to have someone come out today prior to 6pm. I said this was fantastic service, and even if today couldn’t happen- I let her know I was very appreciative she even took the step to try and resolve this by like the previous rep.
I will continue to edit and update my review as the day unfolds. If anyone from Air Experts reads this, please give props to Chrissie.
EDIT (Final): Jeff came out promptly at 6pm and got us taken care of. Actually discussed different ways to approach the issue, and got us signed up for the yearly 2 system maintenances. Extremely impressed, saved us a lot of money, and our air is working again. Changed my 1 star to 4. I couldn’t give 5 stars because the representative I spoke to around 1230/100pm almost made me switch companies the service was so bad and disrespectful. But I’m glad I stuck with this as Jeff was fantastic.
Jonathan was wonderful in fixing a clogged bathtub drain and toilet as well as installing a new toilet. Great customer service!
Update: Rusty had to come out since my drain and toilet clogged again. He was able to clear a big clog. He was very determined and I’m very appreciative of the effort. Thanks!
Was looking for a new unit to replace my 18 year old unit. Though we did not go with Donaldson Air for a few reasons, Landon was great to work with in the sales process. He was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable.
Chris and Brandon did a great job explaining our options and going over all details related to our repair and replacement. Came out quickly during summer hours when competitors had us on a wait list for several days. Would highly recommend.
Anthony was extremely helpful and adept at adding a new flush valve to my toilet kit. I'm thrilled to be able to use the downstairs bathroom again. Thanks, Donelson, for sending Anthony out (twice) and resolving the issues. He's not only talented, but a very nice technician. Thanks again!!
Chris and Davey came out to service our malfunctioning system, they went above and beyond to get to the root of the issue. Once the problems were identified both were great about reviewing the options available to us and answering all of our questions. Looking forward to our upgraded system and continuing to do business with this company!
Nick took his time and found some issues that would’ve cost us a lot more later on, and would’ve been a bigger problem had he not been so meticulous. He was very personable and polite. You can tell he cares about providing a quality service
Honest business, excellent and skilled plumber on time and all people (from the answer service man, to the office clerk and the plumber) were not only polite but friendly. The plumber even made a video of the pipe that was very clogged, and which he doggedly finally cleared. Anthony is top-rate, and very attentive to making sure he cares for the house, etc. Their BBB rating is well-deserved!
