WOW! I am so impressed with my 2 service guys. Will Reyes and Chasen Waugh came to my house for my regular service check. They were so helpful and nice. They explained what they found and offered advice and options for the future. I was in the process of unloading groceries from my car. (I'm old and have back problems so I have to rest after I carry in a few bags.) They offered to carry them in for me!!! I have never experienced a service person being so sweet!! I had a 20 lb bag of cat food and 13 12 packs of diet cokes, heavy stuff!
