I recently had the pleasure of hiring an HVAC mechanic Chris Larson to conduct a thorough inspection of my air conditioning unit, and I must say that the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The professionalism and expertise displayed by the mechanic were truly impressive, and I highly recommend him.

Right from the moment the mechanic arrived, their punctuality and courteous demeanor put me at ease. They introduced themselves and took the time to explain the inspection process in a clear and understandable manner. It was evident that they possessed a deep understanding of HVAC systems and were passionate about their work.

Brandan and Chris from Donelson Air just did my Spring Service with my service contract. What nice young men! They were courteous and efficient, explaining all they did and discovered with my central heat and air unit. AND they laughed at all my old lady jokes. Seriously, they did a great job and are a credit to their employers. I highly recommend them and their company!

Our hvac unit quit working completely on a Saturday and Christopher came out quickly and got it fixed! Great price and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using him in the future for any problems we have.

Donelson Air is legit. Brandon and Chris were amazing. They took the time to explain everything to me and told me things that I didn’t know about my system and I’ve been in this home for 6 years! Great service and pricing is great compared to the other place I called. They definitely have a repeat customer!

I had my first Check-in/Service with Donelson Air Service last week and so far so good. The tech they sent out, Chris, was on-time, easy to communicate with, and got the job done with very minimal interaction needed from myself. For any maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance I can say I've been satisfied with their service and plan to continue to use their services.

The technician Chris did a great job and he deserves the 5 stars. However the company set the appointment for between 8am and 12pm. No show and I didn't hear anything from them. I texted the numer at 1230 and still no response. Then I called at 3pm and they said someone would be on their way shortly. The communication was terrible this time. But the tech was great once he finally arrived.

Ty was very professional and communicative. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues with my HVAC quickly, and solve them efficiently. I appreciate how quickly Donelson Air Service Experts took care of everything.

I've always found this company to be reliable at providing HVAC services for every home I've had in the Nashville area. My most recent preventative service visit with the technician (Chris) was thorough and informative. I'd highly recommend Donelson Air.

Christopher came to our house today for our air conditioning maintenance call. He was very communicative efficient and pleasant. I appreciate the thoroughness with which he completed the visit. I look forward to having Christopher back.

We had them install our system originally and they were nothing but professional during the install. Nick that does our annual maintenance check is fantastic. He is polite, arrived early, and is very efficient in his job. Im sure they have many fantastic employees but we can definitely recomend Nick. Van that did our original install is also awesome.
