    Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. 3 year old $8000 HVAC system stops working, they come out and assess the situation. There was multiple issues including a glitch in the computer for the fan. They fan motor was not “available” until august so I understandably asked for them to send me information on something compatible with the unit. Tech person never emailed me, I called the main line everyday for 3 days straight asking for a service manager, none available at the time and they would call me back. No call back each day and each day I called asking for the very simple task for them to email me compatible motor so I could look into it. After a full week of no followup calls and apparently no one available ever in their main office, I decided to go elsewhere. Truly unprofessional on every level and I will make sure that my 5 properties never use this joke of a company again. Be warned.

    We got an inspection today. Landon and Alex were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing had to be done because we didn’t have any issues so far and we got quotes for additional work that we will be scheduling with them soon. Thank you!

    I heard a noise coming from my unit around 10PM one night. I send them an appointment request and within 10 minutes I got an email confirming they could come out the next morning, 8AM!!
    Brad and Chris called and gave me a 15 minute heads up that they were on their way and showed up on time! Super helpful for someone who has to leave for work before 9AM.
    They were really nice, quick, efficient and didn't leave a mess. I will for sure be using them again for anything that comes up with my HVAC.

    Jarrod and Brandon C were very professional and courteous when completing the yearly maintenance and inspection of my HVAC unit. They took time to answer any questions I had and showed me important maintenance tips I may need in the future. I would definitely give them 5 stars, and recommend them to anyone!

    Special thanks to your sales rep named Brandon and your service tech named Austin. They teamed up to be life-savers for us this afternoon.

    Long story short, we heard some odd noises and noticed the smell of burning hair when the furnace was running a few days ago. Today, it was replaced by the putrid smell of rot coming from the ductwork, so I put in a call to Donalson Air on a Friday afternoon at 1pm.

    Brandon first tried to help, but he realized I needed a field tech and put out a call to Austin who arrived within an hour. Austin took my gas furnace apart and found the culprit: a dead critter laying on the heat exchanger.

    It was promptly removed, and the house is already starting to smell better. Thank God we didn't have to wait until Monday to get a service call!

    Now I've scheduled an appointment with Brandon to get my ducts cleaned. Thanks again guys!
